« The breakfast was decent. There is not any housekeeping services available. If you need fresh towels, you need to bring the used ones to the front office for exchange. The issue I had was when I brought the used ones to be exchanged, they didn't have any clean ones available. The staff informed me that I would have to wait for the laundry to be done and I could get them later. « Entering the office it was old and unkept the attendant was hard to understand. He asked if any of us smoked and looked at my 12 year old and asked if she smoked which was appalling to me. When we get into the room it smelled musty like no one had bothered to clean it in a while, there is cigarette holes on both bed blankets, the faucet in the bathroom tub was leaking, the shower curtain looked like there was mold in it, there was no tissues in the container, the TV was unplugged and the cable...

« Our first room had a dog down the hall that barked for 2.5 hours straight. When i went to the desk to request a room change there were guests checking out for the same reason. The front desk was happy to move our room. We get to the second room and there is yet another dog that barked for a solid hour. I know this is a pet friendly hotel and I have stayed in many pet friendly hotels and have never experienced this. So on to the third room on the 1st floor. The entire hallway smelled like wet...

« Save your money. This hotel is DIRTY. The second floor is used for people living there. They close off part of the hotel forcing you to walk outside around the building to access the other half of the building. 2 homeless men hangout in the back parking lot by your car all day and night. The sink had dry tooth paste in it and the shower had someone else black hair in the tub. Just GROSS »

« Vieil hôtel entretenu au minimum mais propre. Bâtiment sécurisé par un code. Matelas confortables, chambre confortable. Le seul gros hic qui nous a rendu la nuit terrible c'est le bruit. Les murs sont mal isolés et les voisins ne faisaient vraiment pas attention. Nous avons entendu les portes claquer une bonne partie de la nuit. Il n'y a pas de salle pour déjeuner, c'est seulement des céréales et des jus déposés sur le comptoir de la réception. Le personnel est hyper sympathique et serviable. »

« Well our phone did not work in our room and the tub in the room the faucet was taken off so we could not use it for the jacuzzi tube. I complained and got no where. « Si vous venez d'Europe et que vous souhaitez séjourner à Sandusky, c'est forcement pour le parc d'attraction "Cedar Point". Nous avons fait beaucoup de parcs d'attraction à travers le monde et c'est vraiment le meilleur. Les prix d'hôtels proposés par le parc étant ridiculement élevés, nous nous sommes retournés sur cet établissement. Son seul intérêt est sa proximité du parc (environ 10 à 15 min en voiture). Ils en sont bien conscient et les prix sont donc très élevés par rapport au niveau...
