« The house was very clean and in excellent condition, the host was excellent, I gave the host a heads up that we was going to be getting in very late (midnight) and the host told me there would be lights left on for us, it was a very nice place to stay. »

« We travel to Dahlonega several times a year and have rented dozens of vacation properties. This property is our new favorite! The cabin is quiet and secluded, and nicely furnished. The real standout was the deck overlooking the Chestatee River. It's huge! We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings watching the birds, fireflies (or lightning bugs as we called them growing up), and other wildlife. We even saw an otter. « This cabin is perfection! Decorated so lovely, and well appointed. The king bed is incredibly comfortable. Katherine was very responsive and thoughtful. This getaway was exactly what I needed, and Dahlonega is better than I had hoped. The ONLY drawback for me was the road to the cabin: very narrow and rough. I was incredibly grateful that I didn’t run into someone going in the opposite direction! »

« Cabin was a good fit for what we were looking for….room for two kids to share and a bed for the adults. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom were all nice rooms and the newly added game room was a very nice touch. Kids loved the nearby access to the creek, and we all loved being only a short drive to town. Only issue we ran into was the cleanliness upon arrival. Rugs and floors needed to be cleaned better as it was obvious they hadn’t been vacuumed or swept much. »
