„Everything is excellent except for two things: 1) From the bus terminal it is a 5-10 minute uphill walk but with luggage it is much longer. It’d be great if the hotel can more clearly let guests know that they actually offer a complimentary minivan pick up service from the bus terminal; 2) We arrived two hours ahead of the 3pm check-in time, having asked for early check-in if possible, but reception sticks to the 3pm check-in time and a lineup of around 10 parties formed.

„Great hotel, the staff was helpful and many spoke English. The buffet type breakfast had a great selection of different foods - soups, different types of salads, fruits, etc. We stayed in a Japanese style room with futons, which were comfortable. The onsen was open most of the day.“

„staff was absolutely wonderful“

„The hotel was in bad condition, ants and other bugs everywhere in the room. The staff used the fact that we were tired to overcharge us. The facilities were 15 years older than they look in the pictures where they already look old.“

„Clean and cozy , the room was huge for me as a solo traveler ! I wish they have a little bit more wall outlet or maybe extra USB C charging port for phone would be nice. Dinner buffet was great , the beef steak was juicy and nicely cooked. Breadfast also great as well. Will book again if I come to the area for sightseeing.“
