« i stayed here for a visit with friends and was happy with it. the hotel is clean and comfortable with surprisingly large rooms. it's more of a group-tour hotel with lots of tour buses around - but good value for a comfortable room located near some of the major sights in Dali. The breakfast was very good. I'd recommend it for someone who wants affordable comfort while exploring Dali. »

« Extremely local chinese hotel. English speaking staff were far and few. Staff all hesitant and not confident to deal with foreigners so the communication was a struggle. But everyone was nice and polite. The common areas are not well maintained (i.e. lobby) so if you are looking for an upscale experience this is not your place.
