This apartment was in a great location for us.My wife had a medical procedure close to this location..We also enjoyed not having to drive anywhere for food or shopping..Apartment was clean and well supplied..we would stay again..

Nice place. Slightly overpriced but the value was good. Host gave the wrong codes to access the place, but quickly fixed the issue. I couldn't stay as long as originally planned and there was zero consideration given for extenuating circumstances even though I gave plenty of notice.

We stayed in this apartment while my dad was having surgery. Check in was a disaster. It took over an hour to get checked in. I asked before I rented if there was an elevator bc my parents couldn't climb stairs. Upon arrival there were no working elevators in the resident garage where we were instructed to park. One resident told me they never work. Finally, after talking to different residents we figured out we could park in the retail parking. I had to walk all over the place, including the rental office multiple times. It was a huge hassle! The door lock didn't work great. You had to do it multiple times. So I thought, well maybe the code goes to a lock box hanging on the door hanger. It was way too heavy and fell off when I tried. I didn't force it or anything. I told the owner what happened. She was very concerned about the lock box and kept messaging me wanting a picture. She was more concerned about that rather than there not being a working elevator for a handicap person. The owner or manager called me at 11 pm one night to ask me a question. I was sound asleep bc I had been awake for 2 whole days with my dad. The smoke alarm went off 4 different times while we were sleeping and woke us up. The apartment looked pretty clean but the floor was nasty. You could take a paper towel and wipe the floor and the paper towel was black. This caused us to wear shoes the whole time. There were only 4 towels. Over all, I would not recommend this apartment.
