To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests, neighbors, and the property, the following policies apply to all reservations at this Farali Homes property.

Guest Verification Policy

To maintain security, Farali Homes may require guest verification prior to check-in.

By completing your reservation, you agree to the following:

• Guests may be required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID prior to check-in.
• Guests may be asked to verify their contact information and complete a short verification process.
• In certain cases, the property owner or management may require additional screening or background verification.
• Check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is completed.
• Verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking.
• Same-day bookings must complete verification within 1 hour.
• Reservations that fail to complete verification may be subject to cancellation.

Important: Any information collected is used only for verification and security purposes.

Trash Disposal: Please place securely tied trash bags at the front curb after 6 p.m. on Monday and Thursday evenings for collection the following morning. Limit: 8 bags, each under 50 lbs. If you miss collection because trash was not placed out on time and we need to arrange removal, an $80 trash removal fee will apply.

Hot Tub Notice

Please note that the hot tub is removed annually from June through August due to the excessive summer heat in Texas. This seasonal removal helps protect the equipment, ensures guest safety, and allows for proper maintenance. The hot tub will be reinstalled and available again after August.

Property Protection / Damage Policy
Damage protection is Provided when you book, so make sure to select it.

Please note:

• Intentional damage, negligence, theft, or excessive cleaning will be charged separately.
• Larger damages may be claimed through the booking platform or security deposit.


Guests are responsible for treating the property with care during their stay.

Occupancy & Party Policy

This home is designed for comfortable group stays, but we strictly enforce house rules to respect our neighbors.

• No parties or events are allowed.
• Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number of guests on the reservation.
• Unauthorized guests are not permitted.
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Violation of the party policy may result in immediate termination of the reservation and a penalty of up to $1,000, in addition to any damages or extra cleaning required.

Smoking Policy

This property is strictly non-smoking.

• No smoking or vaping inside the home.
• If smoking occurs inside the property, a minimum $500 cleaning fee will apply.
• Severe violations that require extensive odor removal or damage remediation may incur fees up to $1,000.

Smoking is only permitted outside and away from doors and windows, and all cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.

Exterior security cameras are located at the front door, driveway, side gate, and backyard. The cameras monitor outdoor areas only. No cameras are located inside the home.

Noise monitoring: A Minut noise monitoring device is installed in the Game Room to help maintain a peaceful environment. It measures sound levels only and does not record conversations or audio.
