We did not get to stay at this property, even though we booked it well in advance of our trip to Texas. The owner/manager said he could not get the current renters to leave and offered another property in the area. It was further away from our destination, but we took it because the pool photos looked nice at the substitute property. The pool was indeed pleasant, but the house was nothing to get excited about and I have no desire to stay there again. I hate to say it, but I felt like I had been given the "bait and switch" treatment. Be cautious when booking this house. You, too, might get the same story we got.

Week in Dallas with family

We had a nice week in & around Dallas. The house was less the 20 min drive to the state fair, and McKinley, about an hour to the Fort Worth stockyards and a hour to Waxahachie. The house was nice and clean. We liked the set up, each bedroom area had its own wing with kitchen & living room at the center. Plenty of bath towels, pool towels, body wash shampoo & conditioner were provided in all bathrooms. Great communication with the owner.

Great house, great location!

We are very happy with our stay. Everything smelled clean and fresh. The beds were very comfortable. This is a quiet neighborhood and we would recommend this rental. Also, I appreciated the host having the directions to the induction stovetop nearby since this was my first time cooking with induction. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. I hope we can return next summer because we are planning on attending the soccer camp again and this house is 4 min from the field!!!

We will stay here again

We will definitely look to see if this home is available the next time we need housing in Richardson! The layout of the house was perfect for 3 adults - the bedrooms and bathrooms are seperated into 3 different wings, giving each adult privacy and quiet. Common areas are also great.

Great Place

We rented this house for a girls trip and stayed in the pool pretty much the whole time. House was very clean. Kitchen has everything you need even salt and pepper. Pool did not have loungers or umbrellas - we brought our own. Pool light and spa jets did not work, also had old pots, tiles, and broken diving board laying around the pool. Pool was clean though and pretty deep. Would rent again!

Nice stay

We traveled down to Richardson to visit family. We had two adults, two kids, and a dog. House was clean and we had a very comfortable stay. Bush was always very quick to answer any questions we had.

Beautifully kept home in a great neighborhood.

Communication with the owner was fast and effective. The home is very clean, well maintained and has all the amenities needed. The layout was perfect for our family, with two queen bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill bath, a king master with a lovely bathroom complete with deep soaking tub, and a 4th bedroom with a king bed and bathroom. Each of these are located in separate areas of the house for added privacy.

Awesome Hosts and Great Place!

Our host, Bush, was amazing and super responsive and a real pleasure to work with. My family of 4 needed to temporarily relocate and we needed some space and a pool - and this place was perfect and better than expected. Clean, cool interior, plenty of room to spread out between the 4 bedrooms. I'd highly recomment for both short term and long term stays!
