The Space:

Our home is thoughtfully designed for both short- and medium-term stays, making it an ideal option for corporate housing, relocations, and temporary accommodations. Whether you’re between homes, traveling for work, or need a comfortable place for your team during an extended project, you’ll find the space, convenience, and comfort needed to truly feel at home.



Please note: The property is situated on a spacious 22-acre estate that also includes a separate event venue. The venue is located on the other side of a large pond, providing natural separation and distance from the home, and has its own private entrance and separate parking area, with no shared access or parking with house guests.



From time to time, private events may take place at the venue during your stay. While the two spaces are separate, some events may include music or celebrations that can occasionally be heard from the home. We simply like to make guests aware in advance so you know what to expect and can plan your stay accordingly.



If you’re interested in hosting your own special event, the venue is also available for private rental and can accommodate up to 80 guests. Feel free to reach out for availability, pricing and details!

With two kitchen islands, a breakfast bar, and a formal dining area, there’s plenty of room to cook, serve, and gather together. Enjoy stainless steel appliances, including double ovens, a refrigerator and freezer, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Cooking essentials and dining utensils are also provided.

At the heart of the home, the impressive living area features soaring vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light.



★ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS ★



With 6 spacious bedrooms and accommodations for up to 19 guests, the home is well suited for families and larger groups.



Six beautifully designed bathrooms provide plenty of space for larger groups. Depending on the bathroom, features include glass walk-in showers and relaxing soaking tubs.



★ POOL & OUTDOOR LIVING ★



One of the most unique features of this property is the setting itself. The home sits on approximately 22 acres of private land, surrounded by ponds, mature trees, and a creek.



Enjoy a private outdoor retreat with a swimming pool, covered patio, and plenty of space to relax.



Please note: the spa at this property is not heated and features a cool-water plunge pool sitting area. This style of spa is a common feature in many Texas pools, where the warm climate makes it enjoyable for much of the year. To help guests plan their stay with the right expectations, we want to be transparent that the spa does not have a heating function and will be at approximately the same temperature as the pool.



Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.



Please note our occupancy is 16 guests but, by the City of Garland code, the property may not be occupied by more than three persons who are unrelated by blood, adoption or marriage, with exception of children related to an occupant.

★ BOOKING DURATION POLICY ★



Please note: this property can only be booked for a minimum of 2 nights and a maximum of 30 nights.



★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★



We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.



Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.



★ GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIRED ★

No pets allowed.



★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★



We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.



★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 6+ GUESTS ★



Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.



★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★



We have one fireplace at the office that is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. We also have two fireplaces on the living room and kitchen that are wood burning. For safety reasons we do not provide wood and we ask our guests to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval. And there are two more fireplaces at the master bedroom and master bathroom that are inoperable at the moment. Please refrain from using them. Thank you kindly.



★ SPA NOTE ★

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts.

The Short Term Rental Permit Number for this house is 23176 issued by the City of Garland.



★ NO STREET PARKING ★



No street parking allowed due to City Parking Regulations.



★ OFFICE ★



Please note that our office room perfectly functions as a bedroom as well, equipped it with a plush, full-size sofa bed.



★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★



Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
