Great Lakeside Location

The property was beautifully. The manager was great. Great hiking trails around Lakeside. Walking distance to The Tavern for dinner was nice. Definitely recomend if you want to explore North Dallas.

Perfect Location for a Getaway

Great host and space

I just stayed at the house with a group attending a nearby wedding in Grapevine. The house was great for a group. Lots of space to gather or spread out. I was also able to use the small outside courtyard to do a little work. The neighborhood is darling. Very walking friendly, with restaurants, Starbucks, etc. within a 10 minute walk Our events in Dallas (Preston Hollow), were less than a 30 minute drive, and very easy.The host was fabulous. He responded very quickly to any question we had leading up to our arrival, and checked in with us throughout the stay to make sure everything was going okay.I would definitely stay here again if I had an event in the area.

The host was super accomadating and extremely responsive. the house was clean and such easy access to enter into the home. the host supplied shampoo, conditioner, tooth brushes. the towels had that fresh smell and the linens were crisp. home was very welcoming. thank you for having us.

Great Family Stay

My family and I came for a wedding and spring break and the home was just perfect! We had plenty of space and the area was safe and beautiful. Being sports fans and the weekend of NCAA, along with having kids that sleep with sound, we wish there was more than one TV but we stayed busy and made it work. I highly recommend this home for anyone!

This place was absolutely perfection. Enough space for everyone and the location can’t be beat. Tons of places near by that are walkable. The patio and backyard set up are really cute and convenient. The house has everything you could possibly need in it and the checkout / check in process was VERY easy. Communication with property manager is instant and they’re extremely friendly and helpful! Love this place and was sad to leave!!

Wonderful Stay

Loved the home's location as it was tucked into the cutest little neighborhood. We felt safe and there was a close walk over to lots of places to eat and a lake with a beautiful view. The house was clean and just as described. We did appreciate that the home provided amenities like shampoo and conditioner, which is convenient when traveling with a family. Plenty of space for our whole family and was an overall comfortable stay with great communication with the host!

Family Engagement Celebration

A great location for family

Our family of 5 just LOVED this home during our trip to visit extended family. The home is immaculate and very comfortable. The neighborhood is not only quiet, but also very central to restaurants, shops, and needed conveniences. The kitchen is well enough appointed that our pick toddler was easily accommodated. Rodeo Weekend!

Beautiful home…very clean, neat and well stocked. Very nice area, close to airport and restaurants. We were a group of 3 couples and had plenty of space for all… we went to the FWSSR which was so fun and enjoyable. Our host was very helpful and quick to reply to us. Highly recommend this home!

This was a wonderful home for our family vacation/gathering. The home is exactly as presented beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed and expected. Master bedroom was downstairs, family room, and other bedrooms upstairs this allowed us all a little private time as well. We really enjoyed our stay - very well located to shopping, playgrounds within walking distance, and a small downtown area with wonderful restaurants also within walking distance. We will definitely book again.

Christmas in Grapevine

We brought our son , daughter in law, 3 year old grandson and 2 year old granddaughter to enjoy some of the Grapevine Christmas activities. We had a blast and staying at this beautiful house was part of the great experience. The host had thought of everything you could possibly need. They even had dog bowls, towels and bags for cleanup after potty time. The location was very convenient. We felt safe in this neighborhood. We will definitely be back.
