« The cottage was an excellent base for our biking, hiking, kayaking week. You can walk to the grocery store, the brewery, and several restaurants. The Virginia Creeper trail was across the road. We were very comfortable there. The host was very responsive with communications. Great value! »

« This historic hotel was a great place for my sister and me to spend a night before visiting Hungry Mother State Park, where our parents used to take us back in the 60s. Staff helped with suggestions of where to eat (Macado's!). We wish there had been an easier way to get our luggage to the elevator - steps are required either from the front or side entrance, but realize that's likely due to the historic limits of the building. We would definitely stay again. »
