There's space for up to six guests across three bedrooms, a generous kitchen, and a bright sitting room.

The house sleeps six across three bedrooms: two king-size rooms and one double. All have been individually and stylishly designed.

The sitting room is comfortable and relaxed, with two sofas, a wooden coffee table, and a bay window.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, full-size fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, and kettle. There is also a washer-dryer available during your stay.

There is one bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, sink and WC.

The property is in a residential part of Darlington, roughly a 10–15-minute walk from the town centre.

Skinnergate is the heart of the independent dining scene. Al Forno for Italian and Babul's for South Asian street food are both well worth an evening. For something closer, there's a pizza and chippy almost on the doorstep.

Darlington station is on the East Coast Main Line with direct services to London King's Cross and Edinburgh.

You have access to the whole house. The garage is also accessible.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
