Hotel and rooms are in poor condition; a very old and poorly kept cheap motel. There was no warm welcome, and the attendant/manager insisted that I provided him with my debit car’s pin number to charge the hotel fees to which I declined. Finally, he allowed me to go behind the counter and enter my pin number on the machine, but tried to overlook what I was entering on the machine.
The room was nothing like shown on the Hotels.com advertisement; I reserved a queen bed, but was assigned to a double bed room. Everything in the room was in poor condition and the toiled would not flush. Eventually, I purchased a plunger from the nearby Wal-Mart and, after 30 minutes of hard work, unclogged the toilet.
This would be a good motel for $30 to $35 per night, but not the $60 per night I had to paid, after fees and taxes. Truly disappointed that Hotels.com offered this hotel on their list of good hotel deals.
