« Birds and buns is so lovely. The house is cozy and full of thoughtful details. The animals are adorable and the short ride to the springs was perfect for our weekend getaway. Eric has gone above and beyond to make a fun and welcoming space. Highly recommend a visit! »

« This nice little cottage in Rose Bay is convenient to Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach & the quaint town of New Smyrna. Is located in a quiet neighborhood, has a large fenced yard, is private & the owner responds quickly to communications. »

« My husband and I plus our adult daughter and her spouse had a great weekend get away while rocking out at Welcome to Rockville music festival. The house was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The host was quick with responses and even allowed up to check in early when we got into Daytona early. »

« The place was small but quaint. It was well furnished with everything you will need. The bed on the pull out couch sagged but the renters said they would fix it. Great location. Not sure about the hot tub but i never asked them..We had a great time. »
