« Room was very clean but this third party check in is for the birds. Foreign country / no available internet to look up info. Thanks to a lovely shop owner we were able to contact the host. He said he didn’t receive my info but I had sent it. What happened - who knows. So I had to resend it with the help of our wonderful shop owner friend! More to the story but I just want to forget the awful experience! »

« Described as a newly built property but was actually built during Covid. Quality of facilities very good but badly let down by cleanliness issues. Around the base of shower tray black grime, kitchen sink accessories stained and fridge needed cleaning. Looks like a quick hoover and tidy is all it gets between customers. Overall very disappointed. Not good value for money and can’t agree with other reviews. »

« Rose Mews is a wonderful place to stay in Broadstairs. It's centrally located in the town near a of restaurants, bars and shops. There's a parking space too. 'The property is within yards of the seafront and a short walk to bus stops and railway station. Rose Mews is well-equipped, clean and very comfortable and we have stayed there three times now as we love it. Hayley, the host, is very efficient, friendly and communication with her is always excellent. »

« Host cancelled a few hours before check in, after we had already travelled to the location. Absolutely disgusting treatment, they claimed to have double booked the property but how is that possible to only discover that on the day of check in? Owner should be banned from Vrbo »

« Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room. This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home. I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered. The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable. The back garden is lovely with a great area for entertaining, unfortunately it was freezing so we could not make use of it. We had a baby with us and the owner (sheila) had EVERYTHING...
