This was a girls weekend trip and we needed 3 beds and 2 baths, this house had what we needed but was also expensive and we decided to rent it anyways. I gave 3 stars because we were unaware that the host lived in the same house we rented, this was not stated in the contract. Knowing that we would not have rented. Warren met us gave us the code to get in the house, then stated they lived on the bottom floor if we needed anything. The worst part was we had to call him because we couldn't get the TV to work, he said he would be right up. Warren and his wife just walked right up the stairs into our living area, there was not a locked door separating us from them. This needs to be addressed with the Host and VRBO for safety reasons and the guest need to in advance what they're going into. During our stay we could also here doors slamming a lot and loud arguing. We made the best of it but won't return
