« Our stay at this beautiful home was wonderful! We have stayed at many properties over the years, but this was definitely one of the best. The location was convenient to town , yet in a quiet neighborhood which afforded us a peaceful and relaxing stay. The house was immaculate and so spacious. It was perfect for our grandsons (ages 3 and 9 months), who enjoyed the enclosed sun porch and the open floor plan to really move about.The adults loved the sun porch also with more than ample comfortable...

« Great location!! We were close to everything we needed, and having the beach a few steps away was amazing! The house was very clean, and exactly as described. It was well equipped and comfortable for our family, with everything and anything you can think of available in the house! Neighbors were friendly and the street was quiet in early November! « PROPERTY IS WELL MAINTAINED; First class furniture and accents, appliances are first rate, we really enjoyed our stay, this was the first time we were able to take a full week of vacation, and we were ab le to relax and enjoy the experience. « The neighborhood was creepy. Mail was on the doorstep unopened, the owner never communicated the code to get in. I sent a text/email and never got a response. The neighbors were doing drugs. … some sort of sniffing, smoking?!? We felt totally unsafe and went to an Embassy Suites. I would expect a full refund and have contacted my credit card company to enter a complaint. I would never recommend this place to anyone !!! »

« Beautiful place close to the beach and restaurants. Very well maintained .Hot tub and Landscaping around the house made it even more relaxing. Layout of the house and sunroom was perfect for our needs. Due to hurricanes in the Atlantic this week , the beach and high surf was difficult to enjoy although we did manage to get a beach walk in . My wife and dog really enjoyed your wonderful home. In addition we forgot our laptop and housekeeping at Vacasa located it and shipped it to us! Great...

« The house by Jim was great! It is newly renovated, the appliances are new, and the property is very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent! it is near Rehoboth and Dewey so you can get sun and relaxing beach time during the day and an energetic bar scene at night.
