„Terrific location and fantastic outdoor showers. Apt was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and as presented in the pictures online. Owners were very prompt & helpful in their instructions and in answering questions. Only downside was that the wicker dressers in the bedrooms and the wicker cabinets in the main bedroom & the living room smelled very musty (maybe this is just a beach housing thing, I don't know). “

„We were very disappointed with this stay. Before I booked this place I messaged the owner / RE/Max regarding the property details and was given responses that ended up not being accurate. For example, the vrbo listing said one of the bedrooms had a daybed and 2 twin beds, but after I booked the non-refundable stay the owner said there are only 2 twin beds in that room. Another example, the vrbo listing said there is free wifii, but we were not provided any wifii info (username and password) ...

„This property is on the 2nd of 3 Flrs, as well as being an end unit. Steps only. Check in was very simple, with a Code lock. The inside was noticeably clean. 2 full bathrooms; each attached to both bedrooms. Living room is cozy, with a few games provided. Kitchen is a nice size, with a small dining area. „Could be nice but needs attention and repair. AC units leaked terribly. Reported but no one showed up to repair. Loose door knobs and faucets and broken cabinet in bathroom. No spare linens….had to call to receive. Few pictures in the wall made me believe that the leaks were a longstanding problem. Overall unit was clean but couch was full of crumbs when laid out into a bed. Kitchen was nice, washer/dryer worked well. Location was convenient. “

„This was a great place to stay with two 5-year olds. They were delighted to find CANDY LAND provided. We were there when Hurricane Erin closed the beach, but we still had a good time. Bethany Bay is very family friendly and it was a great place to bring kids. The condo was clean and what we expected. Wish we could have spent more time at the very nice pool, but the weather did not cooperate. We are thinking of making this an annual vacation.“
