Nice looks, but don't look to closely
This hotel was the first stop on a 2 weeks trip around India, and upon checking in in the middle of the night, we were scared if this would be the standard of cleanliness and maintenance to except throughout India. Luckily, it's not. This hotel unfortunately was far below the standard. While offering outstanding design features, the maintenance was really poor. The room was very dusty and dirty, the breakfast and lobby area and spa all seemed missing that final touch of cleanliness. Service was friendly, but slow and uncoordinated in the breakfast area and pool bar. The drink prices at the pool bar exceeding what's reasonable even for a 5 star hotel. Hotel prices in Delhi are high, but in this case, they don't justify. We would not recommend to stay here.

Lage bestens,Personal freundlich, Zimmer abgewohnt
Die Lage ist bestens, mitten in Neu Delhi. U Bahn ist Flussläufen sehr schnell erreichbar. Der Pool ist relativ klein, für ein Cityhotel jedoch in Ordnung. Das Hotel soll ein 5Sterne Haus sein, was m. E. nicht der Realität entspricht. Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt, die Tischdeckchen mit Sicherheit gewaschen aber vom vielen Kurkuma und anderen Gewürzen gezeichnet, ähnliche Spuren findet man in der Bettwäsche und die Handtücher sind auch alles andere als weiß (trotzdem sauber). Die Dusche sah unglaublich rostig aus und hat unserer Enttäuschung den Rest gegeben. Angeblich renovieren sie gerade die Zimmer, davon haben wir leider nicht profitiert. Wir waren 4 Nächte im The Park. Ich würde das Hotel trotzdem empfehlen unter der Voraussetzung dass die Zimmer generalüberholt sind.

Kein 5 sterne haus
Alles andere als ein 5 sterne hotel, dreckig und abgewohnt, rezeption ist beeindruckend aber dass ist auch alles. Service sehr langsam und ungenügend. Zugtickets organisieren sehr schwierig unfähiges personal. Essen ok, nettes personal wünsche werden versucht zu erfüllen. Preis leistung leider sehr weit entfernt von einander

Unfortunatly old and slow low service
Hotel is in the lobby very nice, the rooms are very old and not prooper clean, the stuff is doing their best to clean but it needs a real cleaning cause everythig is very old and not in good condition. For Delhi or india it is still good but the price expect much more. The stuff is very nice but could learn a bit more what means a good service, everything slowly and you have sometimes ask twice or more before you get it. Food is not great, eatable but not something you enjoy, unfortunatly. No western food and if it taste weird, we even got a bit sick from it, not from indian street food instread of western style food in a 5 star hotel, everything a bit disappointing. Pick up service had to be arranged on phone, because nobody answered 3 email requests, not a good start from the beginning, i guess i would not recommend it.

The Lobby was very stinky the whole stay incl. the Restaurant and the whole ground floor. Right now renovation work is going on, while the day it was very loud. Nice smaller room, very good breakfast

One of the good hotels in Delhi for an acceptable price
I have been in many hotels in India, in Delhi. Often I paid a price of 100-150 EUR and the performance was really bad. In Park you can get a good performance for a acceptable price. A modern style hotel with modern staff. Only the food in the restaurant is a little bit to expensive.

The Wi-Fi connection was quite terrible. We had to purchase the wifi to use our phones. The breakfast service was poorly organized. Could have been better. The cleaning was ok. Receptionists need to focus on guests instead of their phones. Other staffs were presentable and keen to help.

Booked 2 rooms but were changed before checking-in without asking. We didn’t know until we opened our room door. Then the staff tried to blame on us for booking 2 days before. But then why make us pay for those rooms beforehand when they weren’t available? Had to speak to 3 different people to try to resolve this. They lied saying rooms weren’t available but they were as soon as a supervisor showed up. Rooms are beat up though. Need a good renovation. Rooms smelled damp. Not exactly a 5 star hotel. Not worth the price we paid. Breakfast buffet was nice. Check-in staff was rude. However, all the other staff were so polite. Location is great.

I was on the eighth floor and i could hear their stupid outdoor events space as if i was at the party myself. I called the front desk twice to tell them i was trying to sleep at a reasonable 9:30 pm. The party went well beyond the timing they said and i had to get up early the next day. I may as well have been sleeping outside with how bad the noise was. I’m not even exaggerating. Zero sound insulation. I even recorded it on my phone.

The property is slightly older, the property has so much potential but it almost just bets on its convenience being close to Connaught Place. Good: Beds, Staff, Location Bad: Pool, Small Gym and breakfast. Breakfast is rather unpleasant. The property requires major upgrade, high dose of dust.

The property is dated. The only thing ok in the room was the bed. Toilets and shower rooms are disgusting. There is construction going on at the site and all temhe windows are boarded so no light or view from the 2 rooms we stayed at. The furniture feels dirty. The staff is not at all welcoming. This hotel should be downgraded to 1 star. We were suppose to stay for 8 nights but checked out after the first night. The breakfast was ok. The lobby is also horrible. We didn’t see any other areas of the hotel.

Nice stay except forgettable check-in experience
I was in The Park for two nights. The check-in experience was not very good to put it mildly. A queue had formed, but no one was there to ensure that there was some sort of order. As a result, some unscrupulous folks chose to jump the queue leading to lots of confusion. If this wasn't enough I realized after entering my room that I had been assigned a single bed room instead of a twin bed room, which is what I had booked, I was subsequently moved to another room after waiting for 45-50 minutes. Take the one hour waiting in the queue and the extra hour for changing rooms, thats a whole two hours of checking in, and mind you, I was travelling with my elderly mother (80+). Having said all this, everything else worked wonderfully after that initial hiccup, and the rest of our stay went well.

Extremely strong smell in the hallway, room as well We complained about it and checkout 2nd day. We had booked it for three days and stayed there only one night. We had asked for refund they told us to contact Expedia. And we tried that too. No success Very disappointed from Expedia selections
