Beaches are approximately 2.5 to 3 miles away, with Atlantic Avenue's dining, shopping and nightlife about 3 miles from your door.

Welcome to Bamboo Beach House, a bright 1 bedroom, 1 bath waterfront apartment with coastal decor, a private patio and a relaxing South Florida feel. It is a comfortable home base for beach days, fishing trips, exploring Delray Beach or simply enjoying the water right outside your door.



SLEEP COMFORTABLY

The bedroom features a king memory foam mattress, plenty of pillows and white linens. A full size memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space.



COOK & DINE

The kitchen includes a stainless steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. Prepare meals at home or enjoy a relaxed breakfast before heading out for the day. Starter quantities of K cups and tea are provided.



RELAX & STAY CONNECTED

Enjoy high speed WiFi, a dedicated workspace and Roku Smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom. Sign in to your own streaming accounts to watch your favorites during your stay. Local cable channels are not provided.



YOUR PRIVATE WATERFRONT PATIO

Step outside to your own private waterfront patio, designated exclusively for this apartment and separated from the neighboring patio by a privacy fence. Start the morning with coffee by the water, enjoy the charcoal grill or relax under the string lights in the evening.

Guests are also welcome to use the available 1 and 2 person kayaks to explore the water.



EVERYDAY ESSENTIALS

We provide bath towels, black makeup towels, a hair dryer, basic starter toiletries, beach towels and a small cooler for trips to the beach. Shared laundry facilities are located in the garage and are available to guests of both apartments as well as our housekeeping team.



One on site parking space is provided for this apartment. Please contact the host in advance if additional parking is needed.



EXPLORE DELRAY BEACH

Bamboo Beach House is conveniently located approximately 2.5 to 3 miles from the beach and about 3 miles from Atlantic Avenue, where you'll find restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Lake Ida is approximately 3.5 miles away for fishing, including South Florida's popular peacock bass.



ABOUT THE PROPERTY

Bamboo Beach House is a waterfront duplex consisting of two private apartments, a 1 bedroom, 1 bath and a 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Each apartment has its own private patio, with a privacy fence separating the two outdoor spaces. The laundry room in the garage is shared.

Traveling with a larger group? Ask about booking the adjacent 2 bedroom apartment or reserving both apartments together, subject to availability.



BRINGING PETS

We welcome up to two well trained pets per apartment. Please include pets on your reservation; the listed pet fee applies. Keep pets off the furniture and crate them when left alone in the apartment. A crate can be provided.

For service animals, we require ADA documentation. ESA or therapy pets are required to be included on the reservation and must pay the pet fee.

This is a duplex with two separate apartments. The neighboring apartment and its patio are not included in your reservation.



WATERFRONT & TIDES

Bamboo Beach House sits along a natural tidal waterway. Water levels rise and fall with the tides and can vary significantly throughout the day. At low tide, the water may become quite shallow, while at high tide it may reach near the top of the seawall. Water levels and wildlife sightings vary naturally and cannot be guaranteed.



STARTER SUPPLIES

We provide starter quantities of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and basic toiletries. These are not replenished during your stay. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.



CLEANING PRODUCTS

Our housekeeping team uses products such as Fabuloso, Pine-Sol and bleach. Some products are scented. If you have fragrance sensitivities, please contact us before booking to discuss whether the property is a suitable fit.



SHARED LAUNDRY

Laundry facilities at the rear of the property are shared with guests in the neighboring apartment and our housekeeping team.



PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please secure your valuables during your stay and check carefully for personal belongings before departure. If you leave something behind, contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee recovery; any return shipping costs are the guest’s responsibility.
