« Lovely house great location, comfortable & clean & as advertised. Few challenges - electronic key pad did not work, took numerous tries to gain access, finally we contacted Vacasa who eventually gave us a lockbox code. The outside patio table was filthy, so we cleaned it. »

« Our family stayed at the Lobster Pot in Dennis. It was excellent, the house was very clean and plenty of space. The walk to the beach was a quick 5 minute walk. The back yard was wonderful to sit and have coffee. Matt was an excellent host and very quick to respond to all questions. I highly recommend staying here. »

« We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, the house was spotless, and everything was exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.The only small issue we had was with the front door—it stuck a bit and took some effort to open. But aside from that, everything was truly lovely.Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend. »

« Nice cottage for our family to spend a few days in Cape Cod. Short walk to beach and Sailing Cow restaurant. Good proximity for short drives to other local restaurants, shops and golf. Bathroom is a really tight squeeze to use the toilet and shower. Outdoor shower much better condition and spacious. « Great place. It is really spacious and fully equipped. Even the bedroom with 3 beds has plenty of space. The house is very well maintained. The property manager was nice and very responsive. The location is good. You can be in many places of the Cape in less than 30 minutes. Good dining options nearby, and close to a couple of nice bakeries. »
