Séjour prolongé au Swiss-Belresort
Hôtel confortable. Le service n est pas à la hauteur. il a fallu réclamer tous les jours pendant une semaine des serviettes de toilette et le nettoyage de la chambre. Au bout d une semaine de réclamation à raison de 3 par jour en moyenne la chambre est nickel. Il faut peu de chose pour que cet hôtel soit très bien.

Vous pouvez trouver beaucoup pour le même prix. Douche sale, lumière défectueuse, mobilier fatigué, petit déj correcte. C'est hotel est typiquement industriel et n'a rien à voir avec la culture balinaise.

Hôtel agréable et bien situé
Grand hôtel avec un service impeccable comme toujours à Bali. L'hôtel est un peu grand et un peu plus impersonnel que les autres établissements que nous avions pu faire mais c'est le lot de nombreux resorts. Rien a reprocher. Petit déjeuner complet et bon. Le plus est l'avantage d'avoir un créneau horaire large. Grande piscine pour se rafraichir. Bien situé, proche des commerces, restos et à 10 minutes de la plage.

Nous sommes restées 20 min dans la chambre, salle de bain sale, une odeur immonde qui se dégageait des toilettes, les draps étaient poisseux de la poussière autour des lits, Nous avons donc quittées l’hôtel sans y passer la nuit !

Hôtel accueillant, bien situé et assez calme
Le personnel est très compétant et adorable, ils sont au petits soins. J'ai fais une simple remarque sur expédia comme quoi notre chambre était petite et ils ont immédiatement pris des dispositions pour nous offrir une chambre plus spacieuse. Buffet du matin assez complet, les pancakes et omelettes sont excellents. La piscine est assez décevante, pas de jacuzzi et le bar est trop chère. Le room service est bien, attention à la taxe de 21% supplémentaire, le prix peut vite grimper. Il est bien situé au centre de Sanur et on peut se rendre à pied partout dans la zone, plage comprise ou prendre un taxi pour d'autres zones très facilement. Je recommande.

Hotel **** qui ne les vaut pas
Tout est à revoir : ponctualité, ménage, entretien, qualité du service de restauration jusqu'à la sécurité (aucunes consignes lors du tremblement de terre de Lombok ressenti dans l'hôtel). Reste la piscine qui est extraordinaire : grandeur, température de l'eau et végétation luxuriante et entretenue qui l'entoure.

Bel hôtel avec une magnifique piscine très bien entretenue. Le personnel est toujours très sympathique. Le buffet du déjeuner est très généreux. J’ai adoré mon séjour. Le seul bémol serait l’insonorisation. Les couloirs sont très échos ce qui fait que l’on entend beaucoup ce qui se passe à l’extérieur de notre chambre. J’y retournerais avec grand plaisir.

Hôtel très convivial et personnel très agréable.
Piscine superbe, mais difficulté de trouver des transat de libre car les touristes posent leurs serviettes sur ceux-ci alors qu'ils ne sont pas présent une grande partie de la journée. Mais la tranquillité de la vie Balinaise fait oublier ces petits soucis. Le menu asiatique du samedi soir, devrait être reconduit une deuxième fois dans la semaine car délicieux.

super séjour, un accueil magnifique du personnel. piscine vraiment agréable. La plage n'est pas très jolie mais reste propre. J'ai trouvé la chambre grande et confortable. Par contre la déco est vraiment dépasser mais pas gênant. IL y a quand mm un manque de rangement. L'hôtel est bien situé, commerce (shopping ou course) et plage à proximité.

Hôtel juste correct sans plus!
Hôtel très grand et sans charme. Chambre spacieuse mais mal agencée et pas très propre, tasses pas nettoyées à notre arrivée, salle de bain pas impeccable pour un resort de "cette classe". Lit confortable mais le drap était déchiré.... Préférez en étage sinon bruyant. La salle du petit déjeuner ressemble à une ambiance de self service, Les omelettes sont bonnes, les pancakes également. Quant au café, pas terrible! La piscine est prise d'assaut heureusement possibilité d'aller à la plage de l'hôtel à 10 mn qui est très belle et le personnel charmant! Astuce pour la chambre : Chambre à l'étage

The pool area is definitely the highlight of this hotel. The pool is phenomenal and the pool bar was amazing. The over building is a little dated and could use a refresh but the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was decent but there are also a ton of options located very close by that were excellent. The laundry service was fantastic. Overall we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Swiss-Belresort Watu Jimbar has everything we need and the staff make us very welcome. We were grateful for the up-graded room. The swimming pool is excellent. Breakfast is plentiful. There are many restaurants and shops out the front of Swiss-Bel, otherwise the hotel has theme night dinners at the hotel on certain nights.

Usually stay at Padma in Legian and was not expecting a lot given how inexpensive the room was but WOW!! Lovely clean modern resort. Staff could not have been more friendly or accommodating. Pool and pool bar spectacular. very reasonably priced room service and in hotel spa treatments. Location was perfect in amongst it all and Sanur is beautiful. Thank you all lovely staff at Swiss-belhotel for making us so welcome 🙏 Will be back.

The first time we stayed, our room was nice. The second time we stayed, our room smelled a little musty. The balcony was enclosed with windows, and it was somewhat musty smelling, and echoed when we visited outside. Not an inviting balcony.

Property is looking a bit tired - needs sone maintenance in the rooms. Rooms need modernising. Bathroom is clean but showing it’s age. Toilet is too big for the area allocated. Staff were very friendly and dining room and bar staff were all lovely and very helpful. Pool was amazing, but lots of missing tiles - it also need some work done to it.

They asigned the old dirty room with many problem like patio door not working. Pump jacuzzi not working , TV remote control no battery. Botom line inaccept room. We had to sleep 1 night then next day they transfer another room for us. Why they didn't select the better room for us from beginning. It was stressfull for my vacation after long hour flight.

Lovely location, close walking distance to shops. We cut through hotel across from us to get to the beach. Lovely restaurants again in walking distance.

Great property, was impressed overall with the experience. Slight hiccup with dinner one night at the restaurant however easily overcome with the rest of the stay being super comfortable and well serviced.
