Lobby under construction, room hotter than Hades, I had to buy a fan just so we could sleep, bar and restaurant nothing like I expected, the room is a cracker box, had to change rooms as the "mountain view " side was 50 feet from an 8 lane interstate that roared constantly mostly because the window was broken. The place is worn out and selling it as a 4 star hotel is a joke. Suggest selling it off to La Quinta or some other 3 star brand so unsuspecting guests like me can manage expectations. On the plus side Pat at the front desk and the entire staff were wonderful, the room and lobby were very clean, and there was plenty of parking. I also really liked the cookies 😊
Bottom line is that I was disappointed upon arrival and immediately tried to change hotels but I was trapped in the Expedia nightmare…that part was obviously on me.
