An overall great experience

Stayed there 2 days - in town for a family wedding. Can’t say enough of how easy it was to work with the property owner. Very cost effective vs a hotel stay. Would reserve this property again should the opportunity arise

Altitude Acclimation

Whole party of Wisconsinites checked in for a few days prior to a weekend wedding. Sole purpose was to acclimate to the altitude to prepare us for a mountain wedding dance!! The house was great for eight adults. A few quirks like all VRBOs but nothing that would keep us from an overall 5 rating. Perfect location for everything downtown Golden. Everything is walkable!!

Great Home in Golden

This was perfect for our family to stay for several days for a family wedding in Golden. Walking distance to everything downtown including parks, restaurants, bars, etc. Clean and comfortable as well as a nice yard and nice kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

Great location to downtown, parks and bike trail. Enjoyed being able to sit outside in the backyard and on front porch. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable for our family of 7.

Our stay was exactly what we hoped for, amazing! The house was perfect for our needs, had everything, very clean and location was beautiful! Nice quiet neighborhood and private backyard. Kendra was very welcoming and attentive, couldnt have asked for a better trip! Look forward to booking here again in the future.

Easy access to creek path and town

Brewmaster house is a great option for those wanting to be able to walk into town! The location looks at the Coors brewery, so it is more of an industrial view and you are neighbors with the float company. We enjoyed it because we were rarely in the house and could walk into town very easily through the park and creek path. Easy communication with host and check-in was a breeze. Pretty average bedding and below average cleanliness. Overall, did the trick for what we needed!

Adorable house

This adorable house was a great, affordable place to stay and within walking distance to Coors Brewery, Golden Mill and other awesome restaurants. We had a great weekend away, staying cozy while it snowed. Kendra was great with communication and very easy to rent from! Highly recommend!

Property manager/owner very helpful. Clearly very close to all amenities and especially CSM campus. Quiet day and night. Bathrooms, washer dryer clean and very adequate. Furniture very comfortable and nice looking home. Hosted a graduation party for 4-5 hours and all were very pleased with house...Could use an updating and better access for older folks..

Great House close to everything Golden

I had a fantastic experience at the historic 'Brewmaster House' located in downtown Golden. The house was charming and full of character, with a perfect mix of amenities and historic charm. It was evident that the owners had taken great care to preserve the unique features of the house. The location was ideal, as it was within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The house was also well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend the 'Brewmaster House' for anyone visiting Golden.

Family vacation for ages 3 to 67

We all enjoyed our stay. Convenient location in Golden, but due to record high temperatures, we drove to desired area for food, drinks, shopping. Too far to walk in record high heat. House is very close to river tubing company and river tubing was very nice. Nice living space for all to gather together or play games. Showers had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Beds were nice except one twin bed was too hard. Front of house has poor curb appeal as shrubs are overgrown, sidewalks not level, and view from front door is Coors facility.

Great spot but watch out for the HUGE deposit hold!

The property was great. It was clean and as charming as promised. The house was also very accommodating. I reached out to Kendra the host through VRBO on a few different occasions before and during our stay. The only responses were automated. She never answered any of my questions. One of the first messages we received was saying to reach out any time with questions during our stay. We tried on several occasions to reach her and she never responded. Also, watch out, she holds a HUGE security deposit (*VRBO won’t publish my review if I state the amount) that doesn’t get returned for weeks after your stay!!!! There is no warning of the extremely high deposit charge in the listing. It’s just a huge surprise once you book. I have never stayed in a VRBO and had such a huge deposit held before. This was a huge inconvenient surprise for me.

Perfect home to gather and explore all the natural treasures of Golden and surrounding area. Home is clean and well stocked. Comfortable rooms and beds. Kendra was always available and responsive. Wonderful experience.

The host thought of everything. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and a 3 min drive to Golden. There is a massive construction site across the street but as our host told us, no work was being done during our stay.

Family trip back to college town

Great rental experience! A well appointed, cozy and clean house. Great location to get in and around Golden, you can be in the foothills in minutes! It is basically on the Coors campus, so industrial traffic is around, but not a bother at all. We will be back!

Fabulous experience!

I am so thankful to Kandra on providing us clear check in instruction. We also left a personal pouch in the house but did not have time to come back. She was so gracious to look for it and mail it to us. Thanks so much Kandra for your professional services and care. We encountered a little hiccup on setting/adjusting the thermostat to working condition to keep the bedrooms warmer. Overall, it is a nice house and it met our needs. Our group had a wonderful time!
