My family of 4 (14 and 10 year old kids) just stayed a week here and loved it. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. It has a keurig and regular coffee maker and supplies to make coffee. The kitchen also has plenty of dish soap, dishwasher pods, and garbage bags, which isnât always included with rentals. They also provided detergent for laundry. The bathrooms had fantastic showers with great water pressure. Also, plenty of toilet paper was provided, shampoo, conditioner, and soap, too so no need to pack that stuff.The beds were all very firm, and each bedroom had darkening curtains, which were great for sleeping in. We utilized the hot tub, firepit, and games pretty much every night, which were all very enjoyable. We also walked to Old Town Arvada almost every night. There was an arcade that the kids loved that also had great drinks. New Image is a great brewery that we visited frequently too. Lots of shops, coffee shops, and restaurants. We felt perfectly safe walking.Although we didnât use it, I saw stuff for babies like a pack and play, toys, and a bumbo seat. I highly recommend and would stay again. Brandon was also great with communication.
