PROPERTY: Mile High Hideaway is a modern four-level townhome designed for groups, families, and extended stays, with thoughtfully designed spaces that allow guests to spread out while still enjoying time together.

The basement features its own private entrance and terrace and functions as a fully private suite complete with:

• 1 block from Denver RTD light rail Sheridan Station (can connect to the airport via Union Station).
• 6-minute drive/5 stops on light rail to Empower Field at Mile High Stadium for the Broncos and concerts.
• 8-minute drive/6 stops on the light rail to Ball Arena for the Nuggets, Avalanche and concerts.
• 12-minute drive/7 stops on light rail to Denver's Union Station
• 4 blocks from beautiful Sloan's Lake for walks, public tennis courts and mountain sunsets.
• 1 block from a bike path protected from cars that takes you downtown in 20 minutes and connects to the city's major network of bike trails.
• 5-minute drive (about 1 mile) to Edgewater with restaurants, bars, Edgewater Public Market food hall, Target, King Soopers grocery store and more.
• Less than 1 mile from Alamo Drafthouse cinema, Barfly, Little Man Ice Cream Factory, Side Pony Coffee & Cocktails and others.

PARKING: There is an attached one-car garage available for use. Free street parking is also typically easy and available. Please watch for street sweeping signs (April–November) to avoid a ticket.

OTHER DETAILS:This is our home and we take great pride in creating a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for our guests. We kindly ask that all guests treat the property with care and respect during their stay. Parties, events, and smoking inside the home are strictly prohibited. We also ask guests to be mindful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours, particularly during the evening hours and while enjoying the rooftop patio.

This is a four-level townhome and stairs are required to access all bedrooms and living spaces. Unfortunately, the home is not ADA accessible.

Guests will have access to the entire townhome during their stay. Please note this is a middle-unit townhome, meaning there are neighboring homes on either side. While we have never experienced issues with noise transfer, we do ask guests to remain respectful of quiet hours and our neighbors, particularly in the evenings and while enjoying the rooftop patio.

Early check-in and late checkout options may be available for an additional fee depending on booking and cleaning schedules. Please inquire prior to arrival for availability.
