** DOG-FRIENDLY STAYS

We love welcoming four-legged travelers! To keep our home comfortable for everyone, including our neighbors and future guests, we ask that you follow a few simple guidelines.

Our Dog Guidelines

• One dog per reservation. Please include your dog in your booking details.

• Dogs must be fully house-trained, friendly, and well-behaved.

• Please respect our building’s quiet hours. Excessive barking or disruptive behavior is not permitted.

• Dogs must have current rabies vaccinations as required by law, with documentation available upon request.

• Denver Breed Restrictions: Under City and County of Denver regulations, pit bull-type dogs, including American Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, and dogs meeting the city’s restricted-breed criteria, require a valid Breed-Restricted Permit issued by Denver Animal Protection. This requirement also applies to visiting dogs. Please contact us before booking if your dog falls into this category.

• Please keep dogs off sofas, chairs, and upholstered furniture. If your pup sleeps in bed with you, kindly use the provided protective dog blankets.

• Dogs must be leashed in shared areas and taken to appropriate outdoor pet-relief locations. Please clean up after every potty break.

• Please do not leave your dog unattended in the property without prior approval.

• Guests are responsible for pet-related damage and should notify us promptly of any accidents.

• We’ve provided dog blankets, treats, and poop bags to make your companion feel right at home!

Pet Cleaning Fees

• 1–5 nights: $75 per stay

• 6+ nights: $120 per stay

Pet fees cover additional routine cleaning and will be disclosed through the booking platform. Property damage or exceptional cleaning needs will be addressed according to platform policies.

Assistance animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies.
