« This rental was perfect for our family of four. Very convenient to Ober Mountain and Gatlinburg, but toward the top of a mountain so it was nice and quiet. It was too cold outside for us to make good use of the porches or hot tub, but the view was lovely and as advertised. We fixed several meals in the kitchen and all was good (the only thing we couldn't find that we needed were potholders, but that was no big deal). « Claire was very easy to communicate with and she was on it every time I would text her she will reply within an hour or so. The house is lovely. We enjoyed it. Our somewhat grown-up Children (14-21) were absolutely happy because they had the basement for themselves with the two bunk beds and the Jacuzzi right outside of the door. We’ve hardly seen them. They enjoyed themselves watching TV, playing, playing games and so forth in the basement. I would definitely recommend this very cozy lovely...

« Overall the stay was excellent and met our expectations. The home was comfortable and the view was awesome. Just a small suggestion the couch could used a deeper cleaning but it didn't take awake from a great experience »
