Nantucket Cottages are adorable beach condos located directly across from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! This charming community offers a private pool area and convenient laundry room for guests. You might even get a glimpse of our famous sugar white sand and emerald waters from your personal balcony before your toes sink into that sand just 100 yards away.

Nantucket Cottage 3A is a charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath coastal cottage designed for a relaxing beach getaway. Enjoy easy going coastal charm and a comfortable stay just right for your next vacation escape.

The bedroom features a queen bed for restful nights after a day of sun and fun. A twin-over-twin bunk area in the hall near the living room offers a fun and convenient sleeping space for additional guests. The living room also includes a sofa sleeper, making this cottage a great fit for couples, small families, or a friends’ getaway.

A fully equipped kitchen gives you everything you need for easy breakfasts, beach snacks, and casual meals at home. The dining area seats four, creating a cozy spot to gather for meals, games, or trip planning.

Step out onto your private balcony and enjoy a quiet place to sip coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening. As a top-floor unit, this cottage offers an added sense of privacy for your stay.

One parking space is included for your convenience. Owner’s Association car passes are required and will be waiting in the unit when you arrive.

🥽 Take advantage of the communal pool for a refreshing break during your stay. Winter guests should note that the pool is not heated.
🌴 Golf carts are welcome on the property, though they do count toward your single parking space.
