Great house and very well stocked. The location is close to everything and we had a great time. Not all bedrooms have tv as listed but regardless, we had a great time!!

Great stay

The communication about the check in process was great. The property was stunning and very clean. Just a few minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the boardwalk. Would definitely recommend.

Not as advertised! Owner watches cameras

Not as advertised!! Well, we picked this home as it advertised 2 important things to our family. 1: wheel chair accessible 2: pet friendly Obviously whoever checked all the amenities for vrbo posting must have checked all the boxes without ever have been to the property. Our family of 20+ booked this house based on those requirements back in February for a family reunion in September. One of our family members is almost eighty, has had a double bypass heart surgery and has recently undergone knee surgery so he uses a walker when not being pushed in a wheelchair. We also have a member of the family that was planning on traveling with their small dog. My wife had sent message to host through app with a question regarding a pet deposit over a month before travel as property advertised as “pet friendly”. With no response from host for weeks I get a phone call 2 weeks before travel from host informing me that no pets are allowed and that owner has cameras and will know if we bring any. Luckily plans of bringing dog were changed but this could have been an issue of trying to find last minute care for dog because of false accommodations listed in posting and lack of host timely response. Upon arrival to home, (which we booked specifically because it was advertised as wheelchair accessible and had an elevator for our disabled elderly family member) we enter through front door to stairs to both the left and right. Great for family gatherings

This home was a great place to stay for families. Large spaces for gathering. Each room had its own bath. There is an elevator for those who find climbing stairs difficult. The outside area at the pool and hot tub was great. The only negative was the jets in the hot tub were not working so we did not use this amenity. Contacted maintenance and was told the jets were “not strong” which translates to broken. Other than that, this home was a great find.

Not worth price

We arrived to a pool filled with open ketchup packets & ketchup smeared all over the pool deck. The pool cleaners showed the next day only to clean out the ketchup packets & debris & then leave the filled net with a hole in it beside the pool. The floors in the house were filthy. If you walked in bare feet they ended up black & dirty. The railing to the water was completely broken & dangerous. The one outdoor patio slider had dried vomit on it. The kitchen had water coming out of the ceiling during a storm. We found dirty underwear & a bathing suit in our window sill in the bedroom. It’s truly a shame because the house has a lot of room & nice layout. Thinking this is the beginning of the busy season none of these repairs will be done anytime soon. I had hope renting this early the house would have been in good condition.

Beautiful home

The accommodations were outstanding! There were towels in abundance. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well furnished and the large family rooms were great gatherings spaces. The game room and number of bathrooms really helped. Nice that all soaps and paper goods were provided as a starter. Commercial refrigerator/freezer was great. Multiple coffee pots also helpful. Elevator was critical for moving heavy items and the elderly. One suggestion that they might consider is making one of the bedrooms on the kitchen floor handicapped friendly-lower bed and handrails/higher toilet in bathroom. Downside was poor internet service without a DVD player to compensate throughout the trip. But, the property manager, Christine, was excellent and worked diligently with us to fix it although it did continually go in and out throughout the week. Also, we traveled with a handicapped person and pulled a trailer to help carry some supplies. We were communicated on the way there that trailers weren’t allowed to be parked there. We had to pay to park the trailer. Would have been helpful for this to be clearly stated in the booking info. Also, we tried to sit on the beach behind the house (not passed the no trespassing sign) and we had the authorities called on us by the neighbor. Apparently no chairs are allowed on the beach there for coastal conservation reasons. The chairs were on the beach when we arrived and that wasn’t stated anywhere upon booking/arrival.

Florida in a Day!!!

It wasn't anything short of AMAZING!!! The Host is amazing!!! She was definitely on top of everything!!! Quick replies and very patient. The location itself was just breath taking!!! They put a lot of effort into making sure you are more than comfortable!! I'd recommend 10 of 10 times!! I'll be revisiting this location soon.

Marriage By The Seaside!!

We booked this lovely home for 9 couples. We call it Marriage Transformation and it was just that! We loved everything about this home it was perfect for us. Location, space, and cleanliness!!! The staff was amazing and I really appreciate Chris!!!! We left a Bible there and she contacted me about it and we were able to get it thanks to Chris! This stay was nothing short of amazing!!!!!

Fabulous Family Getaway

Loved this property. Plenty of room so you don't feel cramped! Sitting on the deck or patio and watching the harbor view was so nice and peaceful. Home was clean and well maintained! It would have been nice to have a few staple items, like salt/pepper, sweetners, etc. I would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Great location for a vacation!

The house was clean and well organized and we enjoyed the views! However, we were a group of 7 senior couples, mostly in our 70s, so while the beds were comfortable once in, they were all much higher than ordinary bed heights. It would have been nice to have a small stepstool in each bedroom! Also, the living room sofas, while very plush and soft, were quite uncomfortable because they were SO deep...even with pillows, we could not sit up and pretty much had to recline rather than sit (not comfortable like a recliner would be, though!) The sofas would have been deep enough to sleep on, but we all found their very deep design difficult. All dining seats were hard wood...our old butts found them uncomfortable. All-in-all, we each had a nice time...great location, house was clean. Young guest probably would have no problems with the seating nor bed heights!

Family Reunion

The 9 bedrooms with private baths were great - gathering area around the kitchen superb for a large group - pool smaller than we thought - no major mechanical problems. Air conditioner great - kitchen well supplied. All in all a great place for a large group.
