Cute Condo, Highly disappointing beach area

This condo is cute and well furnished. My only complaint is the beach. It is not disclosed that for chairs it is 110 a DAY (for 4 people) and if you do not want to pay for the lounge chairs you are stuck sitting behind them. The beach area is tiny and they have so many lounge chairs lined up without staggering them that sitting behind them you cannot even see the ocean. You are not allowed to sit your own chairs by the water as they will make you move behind the 3 rows of loungers. Quite disappointed to have booked a room on the beach to have to drive to Henderson beach every day to actually be able to enjoy it.

Can’t wait to return!

What a fabulous place to enjoy our vacation!! The pictures of the ocean view don’t quite do the view justice, amazing views day and night. Kitchen was well stocked and made cooking easy, the table and chairs on the deck were perfect for us to enjoy for us to eat at and admire the beauty of the area.Management was easy to work with, responded promptly as we booked and requested items to enjoy the beach. Looking forward to returning very soon!

Fun property, great location

Super fun condo! We brought our teen and 3 of her friends to celebrate her birthday and it was perfect. They loved it! Beautiful views, nice pools, easy walk to beach. Close to everything you could need. Would stay here again!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The host was quick to respond with any questions I had. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The resort was great as well. Multiple pools, cafe, tiki bar, beach service, perfect for families. Will definitely stay again!

We have stayed at the pelican 4 times and this place was our favorite so far! The location and view are perfect! This condo is updated and has everything you need. The patio is large with very sturdy furniture. The large kitchen table was also a plus! Communication with the rental company was great and they checked in on us periodically. The decor is perfect to get you in vacation mode. If you are hesitant about it I promise you don’t notice it once you are staying here. We will definitely be staying here again! Some Random thoughts on positive things- Comfortable beds, high water pressure in bathrooms, provided soaps, coffee filters, etc.

Awesome stay

My husband booked this condo for my birthday. He knows I love all things girly and this condo did not disappoint! We had 5 adults and our two year old. It was plenty spacious and a great location! Despite the cloudy/rainy days we had, this location had great pools plus the tiki bar to make it enjoyable during the rain! Super clean condo with everything you need!

Perfect!

It had been a while since I had been to Destin so I did not know they lay of the land so to speak but this place was absolutely perfect. Has everything you need. Three pools for the kids, grills, on site tiki bar and food, beach is close enough to bounce back between there and the pool without having to lug stuff back and forth. The condo itself had everything you could need (we left a crock pot for the next guests :P), WiFi good, has access to Netflix or any subscription service you might have, jealous of the shower pressure compared to home and the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had at a condo. The property is right next to the water park and is centrally located to all the best restaurants we wanted to go to. This has replaced gulf shores as our families yearly beach spot and we will definitely be back!

Worry Free Vacation

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, had stunning views from the living room and balcony, the beach was beautiful and it was in an excellent location. The property manager reached out often to check in with us and communicated quickly with any questions we had. I had originally booked the room for myself and two younger daughters as a birthday getaway, picking the pink decor with us girls in mind. My husband surprised me saying he would join us and then surprised me again with the best birthday present ever… He flew my son home from Japan (where he is stationed) so that we could have a family vacation (which we hadn’t taken all together in years). There was plenty of room for us all. (and the guys didn’t mind the pink one bit) We did bring a memory foam mattress topper for the pull out couch, which made that a bit more comfortable for my son. The condo had everything we needed and kitchen had all of the cooking utensils and pans we would need as well, however there are no spices, salt or pepper. Bring those with you if you plan on cooking. That information was listed so we came prepared. There are even gas grills on the property if you want to grill out. We ended up going out to eat for dinner and we were just a few minutes drive from some great seafood restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property and if we ever come back to Destin, I will stay here.

We had a great time! The condo had everything we needed. Plus, it’s super cute. I am very particular and can honestly say everything was really clean! I didn’t see any bugs the entire time either. That’s a big thing for me! The management company reached out several times and we didn’t have any issues. My husband’s only complaint was that his side of the bed in the master was sunken in. My side was fine though! My only suggestion is that the master could use some blackout curtains. This condo gets an A+ from the Gregorys. We will book again in the future. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay! I left in the comments we were celebrating my sister's birthday and if Breathe Easy could leave a little note or balloons, I would greatly appreciate it. They did more than that! They left her a personalized birthday card and a beach towel! I lost my wallet and they kept in touch, found it, and mailed it to me within days! This home is beautiful and was very accomaditing for our family! The views of the ocean were magnificent! And we were a mere walk down to the beach! I would highly recommend any Breathe Easy rental!

First Destin Trip

This was our first trip to Destin and it was perfect! The location and everything this condo had to offer exceeded our expectations. The condo was fully stocked with towels for the entire family (some places only supply a few each bedroom). There wasn’t one thing we needed the entire time we were there. The hosts also made sure to keep in touch and they were very fast to respond to my questions. Upon arrival we had some goodies waiting for us, some brochures with information about the area, and some things to take home. The views were incredible. The first thing you see when you walk into the condo are the beautiful blue waters and white sand. Getting to the beach was so easy and fast, which made everything so much better. We can’t wait to book again!

Perfect girls trip spot

The condo is ADORABLE! The wall murals set this place apart. It was decorated so cute, the furniture and beds comfy, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Amazing, 10/10!

We traveled as a family with a 11, 9 and 1 yo. This condo truly has it all; very clean, every kitchen amenity possible and the views were wonderful. Communication was easy, I was able to text and always received a prompt response. The resort itself (Pelican Beach) was also very clean and maintained. Beach was a little crowded but it was expected as we went during spring break. This condo has such a fun vibe as an added bonus! The Breathe Easy Team made our stay so nice, Thank You!!
