The Space:

This home is part of our Crab Island Breeze collection, a curated group of coastal homes on Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida, designed for easy, connected vacation living. Each home is just a short walk to the beach and within close proximity to Destin Harbor and Crab Island, making it effortless to enjoy boating, dining, and waterfront activities.

Together, these homes create a walkable, neighborhood-style experience where families and groups can stay near each other while enjoying private accommodations, all in one of Destin’s most sought-after locations known for its beaches, harbor access, and laid-back coastal charm.





The space

This two-story home accommodates up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. The layout is well-suited for families and groups, offering shared living areas balanced with private sleeping spaces. Each bedroom provides comfortable bedding and convenient access to a full bath or nearby bathroom, making it easy for everyone to settle in.



Outdoor living

After time on the sand, the private outdoor pool creates a refreshing place to unwind. Seasonal pool heating is available by request for an additional fee. A covered wraparound balcony extends the living space outdoors, ideal for quiet mornings or relaxed afternoons. The BBQ grill adds a simple option for outdoor meals, while beach essentials are provided for your walks to the shore.



Kitchen & dining

The state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen anchors the home, offering a functional and inviting space for preparing meals together. With a full kitchen and dining table nearby, gatherings flow easily between cooking, dining, and relaxing in the open living areas. A dedicated workspace is also available for those balancing work and leisure.



Entertainment & home features

Between beach outings, guests can enjoy the pool table and TV indoors. Free WiFi, air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans support comfort year-round. A washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, and thoughtful conveniences make longer stays comfortable, including seasonal visits.

Set three homes back from the beach, the property offers quick access to the shoreline while remaining close to Destin’s attractions. Destin Harborwalk Village, Destin Commons, Big Kahuna Water Park, restaurants, fishing charters, and scenic coastal experiences are all within a short drive.

This home is well-suited for families, group getaways, and guests traveling with pets. Pet-friendly accommodations are available with a fee. Stays of four nights or more include a complimentary 1.5-hour sunset tiki cruise, adding a memorable coastal experience to your time in Destin.

The property is located on Holiday Isle and features private beach access to the community beach in Destin that lays between the Gulf of Mexico and the Destin harbor. Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida is known for its gated beachfront access with limited access to our Holiday Isle homeowners and guests. Miles of relaxing white-sand beaches to walk, some great shore fishing, deep-sea fishing right in the harbor, and some of the most authentic waterside experiences this little slice of Northwest Florida paradise has to offer. This gated beach is accessed by key cards, which are provided in the home.*
