This was the perfect place for our family! I love the beach and my husband loves fishing. The beach was just a short walk away and the harbor had tons of fish! The private beach was beautiful and not too packed. The harbor was beautiful and the community sitting area was great to watch the fish jumping out of the water. The condo was perfect! The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was great, and having a washing machine was perfect-these are all very important to me! LolKim has an abundance of beach toys in the garage! We brought our own stuff but we would for sure use hers next time to save room in our vehicle for the ride down. I could not have asked for a better place or a better host! Kim was very kind and quick to respond to every message I sent within a reasonable time. If you are thinking of booking: do it!

Destin Vacation

My family and I, went to visit our son who’s in the Air Force and stationed in Duke Field. This condo was perfect for our visit & family Destin vacation. Here are the top reasons I loved this condo and would rent again next year & definitely would recommend to my family & friends visiting Destin. 1) This unit has been updated..two bedrooms, two full baths and a 1/2 bathroom. The condo is Beautiful! The unit has 3- TV’s total , one located in the Family room, and each bedroom has their own tv’s. There’s 2- balconies on the unit to enjoy the bay view in the early morning & evenings. 2) The unit is Very Clean3) Kim, the owner has provided everything we could possibly require for our stay. The kitchen is well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. 4) Beach access is 5-minutes away (walking). The condo is located in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed our morning & evening walks. 5) Location of the condo was the Best !! Close to the beach, a few minutes driving & your close to fast food restaurants, dining and a McDonalds is near as well. There’s a big Walmart 3 miles away (drive) Just incase you forgot your sunscreen or want to buy some snacks or if you want to make breakfast in the morning for your family. 6) Destin Harbor Boardwalk is a few minutes drive. 7) Kim’s communication & instructions prior to arrival and departure were complete and clear. Kim was quick in responding with any of our questions. Truly a Wonderful Experience!

Great for families! Super Clean + Great Value

We loved Kim’s place! Can’t wait to come back! From the balcony, we saw dolphins in the evening. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and upscale. The private beach was one of the prettiest I’ve ever seen. The sunsets are spectacular and not to be missed. Kim is an amazing host that cares deeply about her guests and her property. Her dedication shows! We give it 5 stars!!

Long awaited Vacation!

This property was excellent for our vacation. Had a dock for parking our boat. The only bad thing was the weather did not cooperate at all for us! Parking is a little cramped but for us we went everywhere by boat or water taxi.

Great Location!

This condo was great for us. We were in town for a wedding right across the water and it worked out perfectly. Highly recommend the Destin water taxi to pick you up right from the dock to get you where you need to go. Just a short walk from the beach and close to everything! Thanks for a great stay

We love Destin!

Had a great trip! The condo is beautiful with plenty of space. Great location. Walking distance to the beach. Kim is great to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would love to come back!
