Un super bungalow bien équipée dans la nature...

Nous avons occupé un bugalow de deux chambres (soit 4 personnes) dans un écrin de nature visité par les kangourous et les lapins, situé à proximité d'une suberpe et grande plage sur laquelle des vagues s'enroulent dans un vacarme vivifiant. Pendant la période hivernale : nous n'avons pu profiter ni des picines, ni du restaurant : l'un et l'autre apparaisent fort accueillants et sympathiques.

I loved the fact that it was literally a skip, hop and jump away from the beach and resort pool! It was a lovely relaxing getaway perfect for our family of four. The accommodation was modern and clean. There was plenty for us to do. As we’re an active family we made use of the tennis court and ran along the beach in the mornings

Great property in great location with great facilities and very helpful staff! Our villa was very private and centrally located so only a short walk to everything.

This accommodation is terrible. Booked a unit just by the pool and beach. Couldn't leave any doors unlocks for a nice breeze was every screen door lock was broken. All screens had holes in them. So much so multiple frogs where in our room before we realised. Pillows flat and bed horribly uncomfortable. Accommodation was old, out dated and in terrible condition. Stayed one night out of requirement. Woke up to mouse poop over the floor in dining room and kitchen in the morning. Made a complaint to reception prior to leaving. Simply told us they had a wait list and if we weren't happy to leave. Then advised we would have to deal with WOTIF directly as there customer service couldn't be understood due to not speaking English! Disgusting comment about the WOTIF staff and terrible attitude from staff at accommodation. Save your money or stay somewhere else.

We’ll be back!

Serenity was fantastic! 2 pools, outdoor play area and indoor play room - perfect for kids! Comfortable cabins. Close to the beach. Massage lady, Amm was amazing and only a stone’s throw from our cabin.

I thouroughly enjoyed my stay. Amenties were good as was the overall feel of the resort, i was comfortable and I would stay again however, I did think the use of outdoor furniture for indoor use took away from the comfort when wanting to relax for the evening indoors. The wifi was also non existant in my villa but this did not ruin my experience at the resort.

We felt welcome from the time we stepped in! Our unit was beautiful our bed was so comfy. The pool near the beach is beautiful. I loved that the kitchen was pretty well equipped. I wanted to relax and relax I did. I wish that I could have stayed longer.

Booked on a recommendation and glad I did, late arrival wasn’t a problem. Accommodation was very good and clean, has everything you need and more. When in the area again will choose here for sure.

Family orientated holiday location

Quiet, clean and safe family orientated holiday accommodation. Tow pools and the beach are on the site and the beach is just outside the resort area.

The property was neat and tidy, well presented. The unit I Loved the benefits of having a bathroom in each room, especially the spa bath in the main room :-) would have enjoyed having a tv in the main bedroom too to relax on the bed watching it after a day full of activities in and around the property. The pool area was divine! Was a nice comfort having the property manager, keeping us updated about the areas around the premises, and providing a complimentary late departure. Can not fault the place or staff! Highly recommend

Relaxing and on the beach

Very relaxing getaway from Sydney with great flexibility in terms of arrival:departure times Great place with kids I guess but maybe not that great when travelling as a couple :-) though the beach is a way to escape and get some privacy just some feet away from the resort

We liked the native plants which attracted so much bird life. The location so close the the beach was fabulous.
