« At 5 in the morning the neighbor at the room 411 listens tv at the full volume…. I called the front desk no answer for at least three minutes second trying she answer and told me to try to find which room making nose and call her again and she will call the room . What a stupid answer it’s not my job to keep the respect in this hotel. After 9 hours on motorcycle and three hours in traffic jam we need to sleep please. « The hotel was beautiful, and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing we think they need to improve on is the elevator service. It was not operating properly. Sometimes we could not go down to the ground floor where the parking is located. Other than that, everything was wonderful. The view was so beautiful in the evening. Great job. »
