« The location was great. It was a close and easy walk to the beach. The outdoor shower by the porch was very convenient to rinse off before going inside. The condo was very clean and had several thoughtful upgrades throughout. The owners communicated with us very well. Overall we were very comfortable and pleased with our stay. »

« We really enjoyed our time at Skipper! It's location on the west end of Alligator Point is perfect for walking the beach for miles in either direction. With so many shells to search for and so many dolphins to watch, our time there was so relaxing that we can't wait to go back! »

« The host was inattentive. The amenities were poorly maintained. We reported a major water leak dripping into the kitchen on heads on saturday. A handyman came out on Monday but could only observe. The refrigerator was failing, we notified on saturday, no response till I called again On Sunday, the (very pleasant) handyman came on monday but could not fix. We lost most of our food. At my request, they did reimburse the cost of this food, I must acknowledge. There was no garbage disposal in this...

« Our family had a great time. There was plenty of space for everyone to be alone when they needed it, but absolutely plenty of space to come together. Kitchen was fully stocked with all of the pots/pans/utensils needed. The house is right on the water with convenient access. The front yard was perfect for our dog. The beach amenities were great. Contact with the host was quick and easy. We loved it and would love to come back. »

« Not only is this house adorable and roomy, it is the perfect mix of secluded and convenient. I hosted my girls for a little weekend birthday celebration and we had the best time watching the sunset from the dock, then enjoying a bonfire with smores! We played games and laughed well in to the night before finally retiring to the super comfy beds. The next morning we took the short walk to the beach and enjoyed discovering all types of nature while walking through the beaches of bald point state...
