« Shower faucet not able to turn for hot water. No coffee making in room. Comfortable bed. »

« This is one of the most reasonably priced hotels or motels in the Hoover area; however, the property was not well maintained. Saw much deferred maintanence in our room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was mostly waffle, limited fruit or 2 choices of cereal. Some bread options and instant grits. I will try to find different accomodations the next time I am in Hoover. They do have 24/7 coffee in the lobby. »

« Rooms are big with a bedroom separate from the sitting living room which is really nice. Breakfast with the omelette station included is wonderful. There is a ruth chris in the hotel which we love to eat at. I think the convenience store should have more selections. Front desk staff was so nice. Parking attendants were so nice and friendly. No complaints at all. We will be back. Rooms clean. The tub should be switched out room 525. »
