When the men arrived at the bottom of the stairs, they were sitting and never responded to the "hello", maybe because of my complexion, whatever, I didn't try to say hello again after that. « Avis mitigé: nous avons payé pour un chambre confort et nous avons été placés dans une petite chambre basique avec un petit lit cassé et une chasse d’eau qui ne marchait pas. Nous nous sommes plaints et avons été transférés dans la chambre que nous avions initialement payée (une très bonne chambre, très confortable avec de l’espace, un très grand lit et la climatisation). « The property was well kept and had everything we needed and then some. Carol Anne has thought of everything to make a guest stay pleasant, convenient and comfortable. « There was no stay when I called from Puerto Rico I was informed that no rooms were available and my an email had been sent to me informing me of the same.l have received no such email as for the payment Hotels.com would refund the money can you image my plight that after flying for 50 hours and arriving at 11 pm in Dominica the booking money is taken and no accomodation provided I think Hotel.com need to review all its listings and the commitment that they are providing »

« The hotel rooms were advertised has having an ocean view but you could not see the ocean from our room. The room was clean, although small. The host was courteous and helpful He arranged for us to eat a lovely dinner at a local restaurant and arranged for the owner to pick us up so we did not have to drive. We think he forgot to turn on the hot water so, although there was a great shower, the water was not hot. The worst part of the stay however, was that reggae music played at a location close...
