„This is a unique hotel. Much thought has gone into the decor: very modern in a bohemian way. Our room was quite attractive and comfortable. The staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. The location is ideal for exploring the historic center of Bologna. The only thing lacking is breakfast. While there are several excellent spots for pastries and coffee nearby, it’s difficult to find other options.“

„Lovely property in walking distance of the centre. The property is in excellent condition and the gentle on reception was very friendly and helpful. We were only here 24 hours but would definitely book again. Motorcycles can be parked on the road out front.“

„Room itself was ok, but considering the price very tiny with no service. Therefore a bad price/service-relation. Heating did not work, so very cold in the room. Also windows are towards the street and level with the sidewalk. Noise and no privacy. Overall a not so pleasant stay.“

„Gute Lage, sauber, einfach aber komfortabel. Alles lĂ€uft via Email und WhatsApp. Die Kommunikation nach der Buchung bis zum Checkin war umstĂ€ndlich (viel zu viele Nachreichen). Schlussendlich hat aber alles geklappt wie es sollte. Das Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis stimmt aber nicht, auch weil zum Beispiel das Wifi im Zimmer schlecht war oder die Steckdose am Bett nur funktioniert wenn das Zimmerlicht an ist. “

„Die Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz fĂŒr 3 Personen ist ansprechend eingerichtet, war sauber und beim Eintreffen war der Tisch mit Geschirr gedeckt. Der Self_Check in war hervorragend vorbereitet und hat geklappt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Altstadt mit Restaurants und Bars. Vom lebhaften Treiben am Abend vor dem Haus, hat man in der Wohnung nichts gehört. Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. “

„Schöne und saubere Unterkunft, Bologna lĂ€sst sich perfekt zu Fuß von der Unterkunft aus erkunden. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Gestört hat ein bisschen, dass die Fenster nicht sehr gut schallisoliert sind und man sehr viel LĂ€rm von der Straße hören konnte. Trotzdem wĂŒrden wir San Felice 135 sofort wieder buchen! “
