Perfect Location and accommodations

This was such a nice rental. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and the view of the lake. The whole condo is well equipped and clean. There's ample sleeping space for all 6 of us women. The management was easy to communicate with. It was a short drive to Saugatuck and a nice walk to the Root Beer Barrel.

Fantastic Property with Great Amenities

This was one of the nicest rentals I've visited due to the view of the lake, the fantastic amenities, and open nature of the kitchen/living space. There's ample sleeping space for 12+ and it's a very short and easy drive to Downtown Saugatuck.

Great spot for a long lake weekend

The place was just what we needed, plenty of spots to hang out with a nice, spacious kitchen. Walking distance to a cute coffee shop and the “Root Beer Barrell”. Overall, would definitely stay again

Family Vacation

The house was beautiful. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed.There was plenty of space for the nine of us to be together and also plenty of space to be separate. The location was great. We were able to walk to the shops and eateries. We loved the hot tub and sauna.

Family Time

All of my adult children and partners were able to get together for three nights stay. The property offers a great location and was plenty big enough for 8 adults. The only issue we had was the air conditioning. It was warm from the start in 76 degree weather. The 2nd floor wouldn’t cool below 77 degrees. Several box fans were provided which indicates that the condo is struggling to cool. The power went out for about three hours and the air conditioning would not work after that on our last night. We had to open windows and sleep on the lower level to stay cool. Ethan was responsive about the air once it went out but nothing could be done with our short time remaining.

Family get away

We had a wonderful time and the home was everything we needed and more. Spacious and clean. We would definitely come back or try one of Ethan’s other rentals. We never had any issues except the Air conditioning was a little in accurate. Thank you.

Girls weekend

The location was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Wonderful outdoor and indoor space for visiting. And an incredible location to all things fun in Saugatuck.

Super clean but hot

This was the cleanest properties we have ever rented and the location and size of the property was ideal for our family vacation. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with cookware and dishes, and the linens were plentiful. The only downside to this property was the temperature of the property. When we arrived the cooling system was turned off and the upper level was in the 80’s. Sleeping the first night was rough! When we called the manager about it they responded the next day, but did it give us any solutions other than to say it would come down eventually and they blamed it on the precious renters instead of their cleaning staff. When we called on it again, they did send someone out to look at the air conditioner. We were told by their expert that the air conditioner was undersized for the property and will never cool the place properly. The unit was eventually cooled to a more acceptable degree, but it took way too long. It would be great if this unit was properly cooled before any guests arrived. If it was properly cooked, this place would be as perfect as a rental could be.

Great VRBO

Stayed at this VRBO for a weekend getaway with a group of 12 people. House was clean and spacious and easily fit all of us. Would definitely recommend this place for large groups.The indoor jacuzzi and sauna were awesome to use.

Great property! Great location!

We had a great time staying at the property for a family wedding in the area. The amenities were great - sauna and hot tub were such a nice feature. There was some issues with the AC not working but they jumped to action and sent out a repair person and delivered box fans. Highly recommend this property for your next getaway in Saugatuck!

Beautiful, Clean and could not find a better place to enjoy .

Outstanding. There were 4 adult women and everyone raved about the beautiful home, the wonderful deck to enjoy the water view.
