« Nous allons à Tucson et Phoenix depuis plusieurs années et parmi tous les condos ou maison que nous avons loués, ce fut le meilleur endroit. Bien situé, trÚs propre, bien rangé et confortable. TrÚs bien équipé pour cuisiner. Un beau patio avec un trÚs beau grill BBQ. De plus, les propriétaires, Rick et Juanita répondent trÚs rapidement à la moindre de nos questions. « Weh have stayed at The Greens before and this unit was quite a disappointment. Minimally furnished and basically no decor, with broken metal blinds that could not be opened or let light come through. Many doors had cracks and also the walls. Poorly maintained unit overall. The linens were terrible worn out, and towels were stained and of poor quality as well. Soap and shampoo of the cheapest quality. Soap dispensers had diluted soap...No refills for trash bags, we had to buy our own... The...

"This was my second stay at 3 Palms, and I would definitely come back again. Room is great, love having the separate kitchen. Cleaning crew comes everyday to empty the trash and change towels which is not the case everywhere... Love the swimming pool (usually quiet in the morning) and the gym. Coffee in the morning is a plus, I never tried the Happy Hour though. An upgrade of the washing machine and dryer would be nice so you don't need coins."
