« This place should not be open for business. The elevator didn’t work. There were handicapped people who had to basically crawl up the stairs.
Our room wasn’t clean the air conditioning worked well but it leaked and the condensation was pouring out onto the carpet which was literally so wet it saturated our luggage.
The manager was apologizing for the situation but couldn’t offer a room change since they were booked according to him.

« Room was very clean but this third party check in is for the birds. Foreign country / no available internet to look up info. Thanks to a lovely shop owner we were able to contact the host. He said he didn’t receive my info but I had sent it. What happened - who knows. So I had to resend it with the help of our wonderful shop owner friend! More to the story but I just want to forget the awful experience! »

The morning breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
Our room was very spacious, the couch was very comfortable and the bed was fantastic. After a full day of walking around Dover, this was a very special retreat. The views are just amazing.
