When we made the reservation we specifically requested that there be no strong scents/candles and we clarified that there was no mold/mildew on the property due to 3 asthmatic family members. When we walked in the door, we were hit with a strong mildew smell. We thought we would try to make it work, but after one night, we knew there was no way we could continue to stay there so we left the property and had to find other accommodations. We are requesting a full refund because we specifically asked about the mold/mildew issue and were assured that it wouldn’t be a problem. Let me know if there are any additional steps we need to take for you to process this refund. Thank you.
