« Definite night noise issues with a fight and people doing drugs in a parking lot just outside the bedroom windows late at night. The person above us was very noisy with HEAVY walking (maybe heels!)around until all hours. Yes, this is an older building, but some carpets above might help this issue! Ear plugs you left on the table, white noise and even a pillow over our ears did not work.We could not sleep well at all. The floors were not clean and were sticky...our feet were black after walking...
