Perfekte Aufenthalt
Da ich so sehr früh angekommen bin, dürfte ich schon ab 11h einvhecken. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Frühstücksbüffet ist ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel bietet außerdem einen kostenfreien Transfer zur Expo 2020. Für Messebesucher ist das Hotel 5 Min. von der Metro-Station entfernt, und somit ist die Messe sehr einfach zu erreichen

Gutes Hotel in Deira
Insgesamt war alles zufriedenstellend, die Lage direkt neben Deira City Centre ist praktisch. Aber wir hatten fast immer Probleme ein Taxi zu bekommen. Pool ist klein, aber schöne Aussicht auf die Skyline. Und an zwei Tagen hat der Zimmerservice die Handtücher komplett vergessen. Frühstücksraum war sehr überfüllt und auch nichts besonderes, deswegen waren wir lieber auswärts.

We were given keys to room opened door and someone was already in there. Went back to front desk to tell them and they had no clue what was going on. When it got sorted, they sent a fruit bowl to our room to apologize. When opened the entire bowl of fruit was rotten, bruised and moldy. That’s disgusting.

Simply an Excellent Hotel.
Our purpose of travel was to visit friends and family. The hotel was close to the airport. It was adjacent to a very good mall. It was certainly an advantage since there were a lot of good restaurants to choose from. Had access to the Metro transit which provided for a convenient and affordable commute to the city specially the Dubai Mall. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. True value for money. Will surely be back.

Don’t stay here!
Pictures can be deceiving, especially since they can’t convey odor! The room smelled. The carpeted floor was extremely dirty. The mattress was super uncomfortable. The worst part for me was the check in, which took over 20 min. The receptionist was under training, and everything was a first for him. The trainer just watched over him, not providing any help and completely happy with the trainee being self-taught at my time’s expense.
