Sehr große Suite, komplett ausgestattet. Leider sehr dunkel, weil die Balkone hohe Mauern haben, sodaß man nichts sieht, wenn man dort sitzt. Es fällt zu wenig Licht herein, da die Balkone auch noch große Mauerverzierungen haben. Wir baten um ein schönes Zimmer, damit wir wiederkommen, weil wir auf der Suche nach einer neuen Urlaubsunterkunft sind, für 2-3 mal Urlaub im Jahr in Dubai. Das hat der gute Mann von der Rezeption aber verbockt, weil er uns im 5. Stock zur Hauptstrasse einquartiert hatte. Wie schon erwähnt, sehr dunkel, auch übermässiger Strassenlärm bis 4:00 morgens und eine absolut schlechte Aussicht auf unzählige Baustellen. Die letzten 10 Aufenthalte im Nachbarhotel waren immer in den höheren Etagen, da konnten wir über die Baustellen einen super Ausblick auf die Palme geniessen. Oft lange Fahrstuhl Wartezeiten, da immer 1 oder 2 Lifte von 4 außer Betrieb waren. Gut war auch das kostenlose Parkhaus. Wir suchen weiter, bis man uns auch beim ersten Aufenthalt sofort ein Zimmer gibt, welches uns gefällt.

Gutes Hotel in super Lage
Ein gutes Businesshotel mit gutem Anschluss an die Tram und in 15 Minuten am JBR. Personal und Service sehr gut , top freundliches Personal. Gut ausgestatte Küche und tollen Blick über die Stadt. Pool etwas klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Sauberkeit sehr gut. Haben sogar ein Gratis Upgrade erhalten.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel mit großen Appartements.
Wir sind im November 2017 als Paar in dem Hotel gewesen. Es war unser siebter Urlaub in den UAE. Jedes Mal in einem anderen Hotel. Warum so oft? Weil wir bei jedem Aufenthalt schönstes Wetter hatten! Dieses Hotel würden wir wieder buchen. Der Zimmerservice hat sehr gut funktioniert. Sogar das Geschirr wurde gespült! Jeden Tag neue Handtücher und alles was dazu gehört. Immer alles sehr sauber. Unser Appartement lag in der 24. Etage mit herrlichem Blick auf die Palminsel (Fernglas nicht vergessen!). Wer dem Lärm der Straße (bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man nichts) aus dem Weg gehen möchte, sollte eine Räumlichkeit mit Blick auf die Stadt buchen. Der Poolbereich ist sehr angenehm. Es war immer eine Liege (in sehr gutem Zustand) frei. Das einzige, was wir nicht passend fanden, war der völlig überzogene Preis für das angebotene Frühstück. Vom Hotel aus ist sehr bequem Bus, Tram und über diese die Metro zu erreichen.

Bei vier Personen praktisch, da zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer mit Bad vorhanden. Küche voll ausgestattet mit Herd Mikrowelle Waschmaschine ...usw. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist richtig lecker. Alles vorhanden und reichlich. Kein anstehen genügend Tische vorhanden. Internetzugang gegen extra Kosten ca 25.-Euro am Tag!! das müsste im Preis drin sein. Nachts zu laut im Zimmer man hört die Strasse. Fenster sind schlecht Schallisoliert. Taxi sind nur Hoteleigene (Doppelter Preis zu den normalen Taxis) vorhanden auser man erwischt eines wo jemand ankommt. Pool ist ok und sauber, kein Highlight.

Übee das Hotel gibt es nicht viel negatives zu sagen. Die nächste Metrostation ist in 450 Meter Entfernung und die neue Tram hält direkt vor dem Hotel. Es gibt leider nicht viel Informationensmaterial für den weiteren Nahverkehr was wünschenswert wäre. Großer Kritikpunkt: wlan ist kostenpflichtig und viel zu teuer.

Wir genossen schöne Tage in diesem wunderbaren Hotel. Das Hotelzimmer überraschte uns mit seiner enormen Grösse (inkl. Küche) und tollen Aussicht (23. Stock). Das Personal ist sehr bemüht um das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste und überaus zuvorkommend. Wir genossen nur einmal das arabische Abendessen im Hotel (ansonsten immer auswärts), es war ein reichhaltiges Buffet, sehr lecker und mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Frühstück kauften wir selber ein (was einiges günstiger kam) und genossen es auf unserem Balkon. Der kleine Einkaufsladen im Hotel ist sehr teuer. Es gibt in der Nähe des Hotels einen Carrefour (24h offen) mit grosser und günstigerer Auswahl. Der Pool des Hotels ist sehr klein und zweckgemäss. Wir chillten nach dem Strand dort. Der Shuttlebus des Hotels fährt die Gäste zum dazugehörigen Strand zum Hotel Rivera (11h Abfahrt, Retour 16h). Je nach Buchung ist dieser Service gratis. Der offizielle Strand kostet (Eintritt, Liege, Sonnenschirm). Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Das Appartement ist ausgesprochen gross und komfortabel, es wurde jeden Tag gut gereinigt. Die Mitarbeiter an der Reception können praktisch kein Englisch, sind nicht in der Lage ein gutes Restaurant zu empfehlen, geben keine Auskunft wo es möglich ist ein Glas Wein zu einem guten Essen zu trinken, schafften es selten ein Taxi zur gewünschten Zeit herbeizurufen.Bei der Ankunft wurden wir nicht informiert, welche Infrastruktur das Hotel noch bietet, wie z.B. kleiner Supermarkt und ein Foodcourt im Gebäude. Sehr freundlich war der Chauffeur des Limusinenservice. Sehr störend war, dass das Hotel eigentlich sehr gut gelegen ist aber praktisch nicht zu Fuss zu erreichen da rund ums Hotel Absperrungen wegen Baustellen sind. Wir mussten eigentlich immer ein Taxi nehmen um vom Hotel wegzukommen.

Grundsätzlich ein top Hotel, absolut zu empfehlen. Kleiner "Nachteil" ist die Lage in der Media Coty von Dubai: andere Orte können nur schwer fußläufig erreicht werden, es muss entweder Taxi oder Mietwagen genutzt werden. Die Metro-Station ist ca. 1 km entfernt, bei hohen Temperaturen nicht gerade walking-distance. Wir haben in dem Hotel für einen touristischen Besuch der VAEs gewohnt: Dubai mit Metro und Taxi, alles andere per Mietwagen und waren umfassend zufrieden.

Das Hotel liegt günstig und ist vom Preis Leistungsverhältnis sehr zu empfehlen. 10 min Fußweg zur S-Bahnstation. Hertz Autovermietung im nahegelegenen SAS Hotel. Schöner Ausblick auf das Burj Al Arab. Die Zimmerfenster könnten besser schallisoliert sein. Das Personl freundlich, entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit.

Spitzenhotel, gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Das Hotel ist im orientalischen Stil erbaut und sehr reizvoll. Die Suiten (Two Bed Classic) sind riesengroß (geschätzt ca. 150 qm). Das Hotelpersonal ist hervorragend. Internet kostet 95 DHS am Tag, bzw. 350 DHS in der Woche. Das Hotel wäre uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen, läge es nicht an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat sollte in keinem Fall ein Zimmer in Richtung Meer nehmen, sondern sich lieber mit einem Stadtblick begnügen. Das Hotelpersonal ist aber gerne, wie auch bei uns, bereit das Zimmer bei Nichtgefallen problemlos zu tauschen. Gepäcktransport inklusive. Ansonsten kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden. Der kostenlose Valetparkservice in die Tiefgarage (<- bei 40° durchaus sehr nett) ist ein I-Tüpfelchen. Wer seine Stromadapter (UK) vergessen hat, findet im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer Universalsteckdosen. Vor dem Haus (ebenfalls Meerseite) ist eine Baustelle. Es sieht nach sehr langwierigen Arbeiten aus (Die Straßenführung ist komplett umgeleitet. Aber Baustellen sind in Dubai überall. Ein Hotel ohne Baustelle in unmittelbarer Nähe zu finden dürfte wohl kaum möglich sein. Für die Wasch- und Geschirrspülmaschine sollte man sich von zuhause etwas Spülmittel mitbringen. Ansonsten einfach den 24 Std.Zimmerservice anrufen. Die helfen häufig weiter. Z.B. Pfeffer und Salz etc. Ein Tip: Bevor man die relativ teuere Minibar plündert, sollte man in den Lebensmittelladen unten im "Souk" gehen.

Super für Familienaufenthalt
Wir waren im März 2012 mit zwei Kindern (2 und 5) eine Woche in Dubai. Wir haben Wert auf Platz und die Möglichkeit einer gewissen Selbstversorgung gelegt. Beides haben wir wie gewünscht erhalten. Die Suite mit zwei Schlafzimmern ist mehr als geräumig! Auch die vollwertige Küche lässt so gut wie keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gut an der Lage ist, dass keine Hochhäuser in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft liegen, so dass man aus allen Zimmern eine schöne Fernsicht hat. Auch die Anbindung an die Metro (15 min zu Fuß oder mit einer der beiden Buslinien, die meist im 5-min-Takt verkehren) ist ok. Einen Nachteil mussten wir festsstellten: Auf der angrenzenden Hauptstraße rasten vorrangig in den Wochenendnächten etliche durchgeknallte Motorrad- und Sportwagenfahrer mit aufheulenden Motoren durch die Gegend. Hier haben wir die angeblich so strenge Polizei vermisst... leider sind die Fenster nicht wirklich isoliert. Sonst ist das Hotel top und wir würden es jederzeit wieder wählen.

Absolut überzeugend
Das Hotel hat uns absolut überzeugt. Gerade wenn man zu dritt oder viert unterwegs ist sind die großen Appartments mit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern fantastisch. Man hat genügend Platz, die Zimmer sind sauber und Küche und Wohnzimmer komplettieren die Geschäfts- bzw. Urlaubs-"wohnung". Sollten wir wieder die Gelegenheit haben nach Dubai zu kommen werden wir wieder dort ein Zimmer nehmen.

Great location, superb breakfast and very good facilities Unfortunately directly beside the hotel they are building another hotel so from 5am to 10pm it’s incredibly loud even with the balcony door shut.

in general the stay was ok. The hotel is a older than other hotels, but for the price I paid, it is very good. The only issue is that I had to prompt the room service to come clean the rooms. Wi-Fi was also not great.

Excellent modern, clean lobby and breakfast area. Stayed in a 2 bedroom flat with family. The rooms are large, clean and offer plenty of space. They are however dated and in need of modernisation. There’s a busy road adjacent to the hotel which, unfortunately proved to be noisy with loud sports cars late night.
