Nice hotel with very nice staff. I had an upgrade and I loved my room. Metro Station Deira City Center and The Deira Mall are very close walking distance. By the Red Line metro you get to Burj Khalifa in 20min. You have all you need in the neighborhood. The Pool was also very nice.

Ungemütliches Hotel mit Baustellenview
Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Creekview gebucht, was auch noch teurer war und bekam ein Zimmer mit Baustellenview. Auf der Seite des Creek befindet sich eine Großbaustelle, sowie eine kleinere Baustelle neben dem Hotel. Die Bauarbeiten begannen morgens um 6:00 Uhr. Fluglärm vom nahe gelegenen Flughafen ist nicht zu hören, auch nicht von den Hotelgästen. Das Zimmer war abgewohnt und etwas schmuddelig, aber groß. Service und Ausstattung waren in Ordnung.

Großes komfortables Zimmer. Waren nun zum 2. Mal im Copthorne im Stadtteil Port Saeed. Der Blick Richtung Fluss ist richtig schön; andere Seite langweilig. Alles super, nur Duschkopf bräuchte Wartung.

Nur 2 Mängel, sonst top
das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilft und die Zimmer hervorragend.Ein Mängelpunkt ist das Frühstück, insgesamt Auswahl deutlich weniger als bei vergleichbaren Hotels, außer wenn man auf britisches warmes Frühstück steht, z.B. nur 2 Müslisorten. Und die Getränkeversorgung beim Frühstück ist schlecht: man muss lang auf Kaffee und Tee warten und bis man nachgeschenkt bekommt dauert es noch länger. Ein deutsches Programm im Fernseher wäre nett und ist ja auch möglich, da ich es in allen anderen Hotels in Dubai hatte. Der Muezzin stört frühmorgens schon die Nachtruhe, obgleich er sehr schön singt. Man sollte daher ein Zimmer aif der Creek-Seite nehmen.

The property is a little above average, it was fine to me, the only problem I had is the elevator, as you have to wait 3 minutes on average for the elevator because they only have three elevators, one is dedicated for the service and yet the service staff seems to prefer to use the other two.

The hotel is located in a very active area, the heart of the city, even the metro station is very near, I'd like to thank the front desk staff who made the check in for me on 15th of June early in the morning, I forgot his name but he was the only staff in duty that morning, he was very professional, he accepted to do early check-in for me because I arrived 8:00am very tired after an overnight flight, he was very helpful then he called me to the room after check in to make sure that everything is OK. Thank you very much

I like the hospitality of the front desk staff, I arrived very early, I didn't sleep the previous night because I had an overnight flight, the front desk staff her name is YEAB was very helpful and fast in possessing an early check-in for me with room upgrade, I strongly recommend this hotel

Easy to get to from the airport via the metro or fairly cheap in a taxi. Lots of dining options around and a large mall located 2 mins away. Nice pool which has the sun for most of the day.
