Gutes Hotel in trister Umgebung
Hotel ist sehr schwierig zu finden. Selbst die Taxifahrer hatten Probleme die Abfahrt vom Highway zu erreichen. Hotellobby ist sehr klein. Der Restaurantbereich für das Frühstück ist beengt. Umgebung ist trist.

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt sehr gut. Das Appartment war groß und gut ausgestattet, mit fast alles, was man braucht. Das Hotel eigent sich gut für eine Familie.

Sehr gute Lage und guter Service
Das Hotel ist in Summe ein typisches 4 Sterne Hotel ohne gröbere Mängel. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet. Leider sind die Klimaanlagenkompressoren direkt vor den Fenstern am Balkon und entsprechend laut (ähnlich wie die stark befahrene Straße auf der einen Seite des Hotels). Das Personal ist immer bemüht eine Lösung für Probleme zu finden und ist sehr professionell und zuvorkommend. Kundenorientierung wird hier definitiv groß geschrieben und daher kann man über die beschriebenen kleinen Mängel gerne hinweg sehen und seinen Urlaub genießen. Auch positiv anzumerken ist das Einkaufszentrum gegenüber und die Nähe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in Sharjah (2-3 Euro mit Taxi).

Sehr freundliche personal, ausgezeichneter Service, grosse und schöne zimmer. Leider ist das Hotel sehr nah an der Autobahn und man hört die Autos auch in der Nacht sehr gut. bei Sonnenaufgang hört man die Lautsprecher der nahegelegenen Moschee sehr gut. Aus unserem Zimmer sah man von weitem die Skyline von Dubai, unter anderem natürlich auch das Burj Kalifah und die corniche (Meer Promenade). Achtung: Das Hotel kann nur über interchange 11 aus Dubai erreicht werden. über eine stunde für wenige Kilometer.

Soweit so gut
Das Hotel ist für die UAE soweit sehr sauber. Meine Schweizer Gründlichkeit lies doch an den einen oder anderen Stellen Fragen aufkommen. Die Taxifahrer sind mit Dubai hoffnungslos überfordert. Da empfiehlt sich unbedingt nach der Grenze zu Dubai den Chauffeur zu wechseln.

We were planning to have our vacation at Dubai but unfortunately the airline doesn’t allow us to board our plane because the passport of our kids expire within 6 months after the arrival date. Nous avons payé la prestation petit déjeuner qui n'a pas été enregistré. Donc il fallait payé 50 euros tous les matins. Emplacement dans un quartier très mal fréquenté (prostitution). Le descriptif de l'hôtel était mensongé et pourtant c'est la 4 ème fois que je fais confiance à ebookers. Cafards dans les chambres, salle de bain insalubre malgré les efforts de ménage du personnel, odeur très forte des fauteuils en cuir dans les chambres. Le responsable de l'hôtel n'a fais aucun effort de compréhension. Du coup nous n'avons eu aucun lien avec la réception.

Requested early check as flight arrival time is 0230. Denied when arrived at the hotel. No choice but to stay in 1 bedroom till check in time 2:00pm. The price of room was way higher than the 2 bedroom apartment which was originally booked! Washer was out of order! Called reception to report, technician came after calling twice but unable to repair! Cleaning staff were good.

Normally I booked 5 stars hotel in Dubai, this hotel is 4 stars in Sharja therefore there is a huge difference. The prices of hotels in Dubai in the new year perhaps 10 times more than the normal prices. In Sharje less increased.
