Dreckig, schlechter Service und Kakerlaken
Service ist grauenhaft. Sie hatte meine Reservierung nicht, trotz Buchung über Hotels.com. Danach wollte die Rezeption meinen Reisepass behalten, was ich abgelehnt habe. Bis ich ihn wieder hatte, vergingen mehr als 45 Minuten... weil die Rezeption zu faul war direkt eine Kopie zu machen. Im Zimmer waren Kakerlaken. Maximal für eine Nacht zu empfehlen, wenn man es saubillig und dreckig mag...

It's the basics. I booked a deluxe at last minute flying into Dubai is not always easy to find a reasonably priced hotel near metro and Sabka station. I feel. The price was a but heavy but it was such a short stay in at 7pm out next morning 8am. Bed was comfy.. Had to. Ask for a towel. Toilet was clean. Needs some deep cleaning but water pressure was good. Aircond in my room was good and served it's purpose even as a 2 star. Only thing was only 1 person to help with the baggage and he was running errands. At 8am. I had to pay someone from bottom to help. Hotel personnel did not apologise for that. I survived but they should have 1 bell. Person to help. Since they are on the first floor.! Good. Stay

I don’t recommend anyone to book online like me this hotel because it’s totally terrible. And they puts in the site you can’t take refund just because they know nobody can stay to their hotel even 10 minutes.

Toilet was smelly and dirty
It was not that good hotel need to be improved they was lot of hygiene issues my kids couldn’t use the toilet so we have to go out and use the toilet in public places

Basic stay not far from the airport.
Bare minimum hotel, just enough for a basic stay. Sheets and towels are clean, and good hot water. In a very congested central location with no parking. And staff wasn't interested in telling us about parking garages, which cost almost as much as the hotel.

My experience of Grand Sina Hotel
The hotel is in a good location, within a walking distance from Bani Yas metro station. There was a bus station, super market and fast food in the nearby (in Sabkha street). The hotel is near to the creek, where you can take a boat taxi for only 1 Dirham. There, you can go to the old souk of Dubai by boat! I enjoyed it. After arrival to Grand Sina hotel, I directed to a nearby building, named Down Town hotel which is a new brand of Grand Sina! They were very polite. The only negative point was the noise of air conditioner, which was an old one. There were some extra boxes in each floor, but I think it was a temporary condition! I should mention that at first it was a bit difficult to find the entry door of hotel, which is in a passage! Overally is was a good stay in Dubai...

Don't go there.
This is not a good place to stay. The service is poor, the staff are not helpful and the toilets smell. There are many other good hotels in the area and if you can avoid staying there.

non si può definire hotel ma alloggio.
la struttura non è malvagia ma la pulizia scarseggia.....puzza di spezie e cibo in ogni luogo.... alla receptio personale parlante un inglese indianizzato incomprensibile. La colazione era compresa ma la sala ristoro sporca mal odorante e con pochissima scelta, meglio il mecdonald! in compenso a 2 passi dai souk, ma lontanissima da tutto il resto!

Can be used if hing else is not available around .
Staff was good but Rooms still require improvement.Still bugs were floating on the floor . In the same price better rooms are available in the area through the other hotel searching app . Airport taxi had to call the hotel for directions. Taxi left on the road as there is no front entrance for taking the luggage and had to hire from the roadside Porter to carry the luggage to hotel .

One star hotel
For the first time, which room we had bedbugs in the bed, and then we got a new room at our request. The staff is very nice, gently cook. One star hotel, mostly trader guest from Africa. Free wifi. The Baniyas road metro station from the 400 meters. The Gold souk from the 200 meters.

Must avoid hotel
Bathroom was stinking, dark/insufficient light in room, corridors and entrance to room filled with cardboard boxes, telephone set without connection/broken wire, flies in restaurant offering buffet breakfast etc. Three guests booked in triple room were provided only one Glass in room, that too had to be collected personally by requesting at reception.

Reasonable hotel but tough location to access
Hotel was tough to get to for most of our tour operators picking us up from hotel. The service and room were satisfactory but access is a problem. Next time I will pick a different location in Dubai to stay as there are better choices. The included breakfast was not worth much and we skipped the breakfast.
