We ha a bad start at he beginning but then the staff did everything to be polite. We had really good time staying at this hotel. Nice decor, food, service, location, everything was wonderful. We loved the pool. We will surely come back .

Rundum perfekt
Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir positiv überrascht, zu einem durch die angenehme Atmosphäre und den entspannenden Duft der Lobby des Hotels und zum anderen, da wir mir Pralinen und Rosen begrüßt worden sind. Wir haben in dem "Aspen Pool Chalet" übernachtet. Als wir ins Zimmer kamen haben wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Gestaltung des Chalets lässt einen denken, man wäre zuhause, das Bett war eines der bequemsten, in denen ich je geschlafen habe und zudem hat man direkten Zugang zu den beiden Außenpools. In den Aspen Chalets hat man dazu noch einen eigenen Butler, der einem Jeden Wunsch erfüllt, wie z.B. Einkäufe in der Mall zu erledigen, Ausflüge sowie Restaurants und Veranstaltungen buchen und vieles weitere. Das Frühstücksbuffet reicht von asiatischer Küche, hinzu arabischer Küche, sowie internationalem Buffet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Von der Lobby gelangt man direkt in die "Mall of the Emirates" . Gerne wieder :)

Elegante Hülle mit vielen Detailfehlern
Die Ankunft im Kempinski überwältigt mit dem Anblick der Eingangshalle, nach dem Flug und drr Anreise ist man müde und dementsprechend leicht zu überwältigen. Der Lärm am Pool (nicht zu überhörender Lärm), die Aussicht, die defekten Möbel im Zimmer, die zum Teil schlechte Reinigung all dies entspricht nicht den Erwartungen an ein 5Sterne Hotel.

Hotel zum weiter empfehlen
Kaum angekommen mussten wir uns nicht mehr um unser Gepäck kümmern, es wurde uns abgenommen und ins Zimmer transportiert. Sehr freundliches Personal beim Einchecken. Das Zimmer war gross und sehr sauber. Das Bettsofa unserer Tochter war nicht sehr bequem. Wenn man etwas Negatives suchen will, sind es die Preise für Getränke und Essen, die sind ganz klar überteuert.

Schönes Hotel mit Zugang zur Mall
Hotelzimmer ist gross und der Schlafbereich ist von der Küche und vom Living getrennt. Das Bad ist ebenfalls gross. Das ganze Hotel ist in topschuss und mit edelwn Materialien ausgestattet. Ein Plus ist der Direktzugang zur Mall of the Emirates.

Five Star Hotel with direct access to the mall
Cool Hotel, got a nice upgrade to junior Suite. Clean, trendy rooms, top infrastructure, direct access to Emirates Mall. The view is soso, on the 8th. floor - view on the highway, but further on view to Burj Al Arab and the sea. Pool area is small. Overall a nice hotel to stay a couple of days.

für Familien gut geeignet.
Super war der Nachmittagstee zwischen 15 bis 17 Uhr. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Gym war gut. Tennisplatz war auch da. Der Pool völlig ausreichend, nur ein bißchen laut durch irgendwelche Abluftventilatoren und die nahegelegene Autobahn. Der Pendelbus zum Strand ist auch eine gute Einrichtung.

mit der neuen bahnverbindung ein pluspunkt für kempinski
das hotel ist zum relaxen oder erholen nicht geeignet. der poolbereich ist viel zu knapp bemessen und es stehen viel zu wenig Liegen zur verfügung. ausserdem ist es sehr sehr laut, da die klimageräte der skianlage direkt unterhalb des pollbereiches sind. das neujahrsprogramm bzw. angebot war für den namen kempinski auch sehr schwach. wir haben für diesen abend ein anderes hotel gewählt und dort gefeiert.

It was amazing, cleaning was very good specially praveen cleaner did very good job, Toilet, room design and furniture provided is marvellous, some issues also found like mattress is not so good cattle not provided in the room swimming pool is very small and no kids playarea and kids activities.

It was a long awaited trip and considering the proximity to the shopping centre and my past experience ( 18 years back) chosen this property to surprise my family. Paid a premium for a three night stay wherein I had the opportunity to have stayed at Armani hotel for the price. The shuttle service driver at airport was very professional , pleasing and prompt. Despite giving all details and opted for upgrade , was asked to pay about 2000 dollars per night for a chalet upgrade (per night) and have made all the payments upfront and it took almost 30 minutes for a checkin after a 22 hr long flight. Could have been better if opted some water or some refreshments. Had given requests and opted to pay for to keep some local dates, chocolates, for my wife and son as a surprise and found none of them being there. Called the coincerige almost 3 times to remind them and waited till 11pm . The corner suite lot of space was wasted , could have used it better. No cutleries in the room, there was a drip leakage in the toilet from the bulb on top. couple of time the room was not even cleaned and bed not folded. the perfume in the entire floor was so so overpowering that we had to close the nostrils to avoid getting a head ache. Raised the issue the day before departure, and the service was much better after that and they tried to offer a complimentary ride to airport. I am from the service industry too, there was hardly any who was smiling and greeting u throughout.. Little disappointed

The hotel was only good to come back and sleep in. I chose it for the location due to work commitments (opens into the Mall). View from room was awful - pipes etc. No iron provided with the room, safe vault did not work (lock not working), power socket next to bed did not work, extra towels did not smell good. Concierge welcome service not great. As good as a basic hotel on this occasion.

Disappointed traveler
Cash went missing after housekeepers made my room the first morning during my stay. The loss was reported to the executive housekeeper, the security manager and two other Kempinski team members once I noticed the loss after breakfast on the same day. I was told not to report to the police and let the Kempinski team to investigate. Investigation by the Kempinski team was done after one day, and nothing was found. I then decided to report to the police. The Kempinski team offered no assistance, tried to brush me off and rejected my request to cancel the rest of the booking (7 nights booking). I had serious concern about my personal safety and the safety of my belongings during the stay at Kempinski. The loss and the response of the Kempinski team caused not only monetary loss but also emotional stress. Terrible disappointment.

The front desk reception he have light at my sister my mother and sister ask for connecting room after finishing getting the key when they went up they found that these two rooms are not connected room again. She ask him if he can get a connected room. he said that I don’t have a connecting roomand when she said she will leave she will not stay in the hotel and duty manager he called. He said we can give you a connected room during that time they were very upset and they left the hotel he promised he will refund all the money.
