Binghatti Royale is located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), with easy access to Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, making it around 15-20 minutes by car to Dubai Marina, JBR, Mall of the Emirates, and Downtown Dubai.



There is no metro station directly inside JVC — the nearest stations are Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Internet City on the Red Line, each about a 15-minute drive.
